Police say this is the third time Latasha Andrewski's toddler has been found wandering without adult supervision.

The boy, who didn't know where his house was, was found in a red jacket and urine-soaked pants.

last time she got a warning - this time charged with child endagerment and it says IF theres a NEXT TIME it will be felony?????

There shouldn't be a next time - this little guy has already had two near-misses. Take him away from the bio mom - for his own protection.
