DNA testing? Does that mean he couldn't be identified visually? :(

I think it could be that he has never been to the dentist yet so they need dna to confirm id.

From above link:
"Community activists will host a candlelight vigil at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the park."
"In February 2012, court records show that she had "met all her graduation requirements, but has not passed the (Ohio Graduation Test)" and that she "has gone to live with her father in Mississippi."
Three months later, Terry called the agency asking for help with the children, Madigan said."

Also, CT's picture:

She looks so different from the pictures we've seen of her online. Wow

That's better than what I was thinking.

I think Mom kind of looks like Mercedes from Glee, fwiw.

Hope this is okay to post...

I found this after sleuthing the CT profile that commented on the Yahoo Voices article. Basically it is CT asking a question about a doctor's trip with her 2 year old son who had a fractured shoulder, posted back in June 2011-- would E have been 2 then, not sure when his birthday is?

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AuhBERqMQFCmCiRfDmyrWKDsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20110601213409AASyjZF

ETA: The last part "is he just suppose to suffer" really just makes me angry after all this.

The age would fit. That poor baby. How much pain did he endure in his 3 short years? Good sleuthing!

http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2012/11/camillia_terry_mother_arrested.html

Article about videos she posted online and their lyrics.
from link--
"In one, called "Burning Inside" she sings a haunting refrain about being in pain from losing some one. One of the lines is "I had a dream that someone I knew was going to die."

"In a song called "Words Can't Describe" (see video below) she sings about someone who has been there for her. Terry sings that she lost her house, had her first child at 14 and tried to overdose on pills. She talks about being streesed out all the time."

Also, Memorial FB Page for Emilliano
https://www.facebook.com/EmillianoTerry?ref=ts&fref=ts

I can feel sorry for a very young mother for being stressed. Everyday things can seem insurmountable... but there were places to go to get help, she didn't have to kill her child. Seems to me like she should have known how to prevent getting pregnant again, twice. I don't understand these women that keep popping them out and getting bogged down trying to take care of them. Just say no!! Sex is not mandatory, no matter what people say.

Emilliano’s Father Says Son’s Death Left Him Numb

http://fox8.com/2012/11/27/emillianos-father-says-sons-death-left-him-numb/

Mutual friends have told Shawn that Camilia neglected Emilliano. That thought has broken a grandmother’s heart. Porsha Dotson tried to get custody of the little boy before Camilia moved away. She says, “A baby is innocent. They need you. I gave her an opportunity two years ago. I would have made sure he was doing well.”

bless their hearts :(
ETA: The video breaks my heart for E's dad and family...just sad. People feeling regret, at fault, and now only getting the responsibility of burying him rather than raising him.

She could have gotten all the free birth control she wanted or an abortion or could have given the baby over for adoption. Sounds like she chose murder, instead. :furious: But, she just had another one so will, probably, use PPD as an excuse.

JMO but you can give away all the free BC you want and there will still be those who will not go through the trouble of putting a pill in their mouths and swallowing it and then there are those who don't want "chemicals" in their bodies...............:banghead::banghead::banghead:

I hope not. There is no one who wants to understand reasons more than I do. But when people try to use mental illness as an excuse for their bad behavior, it just makes it worse for people who do suffer from the condition.

Also I wanted to say, good luck Aliana to both you and your sister. She's lucky she has you to support her.

http://www.newsnet5.com/dpp/news/local_news/cleveland_metro/medical-examiner-dna-testing-needed-on-cleveland-boys-body-found-in-trash-due-to-decomposition

Medical examiner Thomas Gilson said the boy's body "has some decomposition," but "there is no dismemberment." Because there is some decomposition, DNA testing is needed to positively identify the body.

Didn't they find this precious little boy the same day his mother reported him missing? It sounds like he may have been dead for longer than that short amount of time. How often is the dumpster emptied?

If he had been there for a couple of days, aren't we lucky that the truck was impounded the same day she reported him missing.

I wish that this little boy had been given up for adoption at birth. He would have been the lucky one then.

Emilliano deserved a life.

That was heartbreaking.
I can't even type my thoughts about him being put in the trash bags. Who can do that?? Rest peacefully, sweetheart.

This is ridiculous. Much like baby Sky, we need to know when the last time someone saw this precious boy alive.

BBM. Yes they said within 24 hours of him being reported missing he was found, it will be interesting to see time of death.

Father was asked during the interview in the video what he thinks could've happened to Emilliano--his answer was that he thinks he starved to death and died from malnutrition.

If that is true, then the father should be charged as well for failure to protect. MOO

Dotson says he met Emilliano’s mother, Camilia Terry, as a freshman at Cleveland Heights High School. He says they began dating and one thing led to another. Dotson says, “Yeah, um we had a kid. Things were fine for a minute. She didn’t act the same. Then I was booted from the picture.”

I wonder if we are talking PPD.

This <unusual person> has no excuse! The link above shows 2 grandmas who wanted custody of their grandsons......"mom" didn't want THAT kind of help, though. :furious:

Well, I think the father didn't learn this until after the fact--didn't have any contact or even know Emilliano was in Cleveland.

http://fox8.com/2012/11/27/mother-past-with-childrenandfamilyservices/

"Children and Family Services received a number of complaints about Terry’s parenting, but according to Rideout, “The concerns have not been significant enough for us to ever ask the juvenile court to remove those children. We’ve never been able to substantiate physical abuse of her children.”
But the grandmother of Terry’s five-year-old son told Fox 8 that she complained to Children’s Services about a broken arm suffered in July 2011 by Terry’s three-year-old son, Emilliano, who was found dead on Monday night after being placed in a dumpster near the family’s apartment on Buckeye Road."

BBM. I guess that answers my question earlier about the Yahoo Answers link--her question about the "fractured shoulder" and being denied by insurance.

Was she getting child support from 3 different guys? If not, why not?? Was Emillianos father paying child support?? Big deal with me! These "ladies" want to have the babies, then they and their baby daddies need to be held accountable for them!! Give the hard working tax payers a break! :twocents:

So how does he know that his son was malnourished? The only one to blame here is whoever did this to this precious child but these comments really irk me. If he knew his child was malnourished or mistreated why didn't he do something? Too late now. Sad.
