from presser--**during her interview, nothing points to other people being involved. they have trace evidence that needs to be processed, coroners office has lots to process.

they know all about the facebook posts, profiles, and videos.

Dr. Gillson (sp) -- took specimen from a relative so they could make a comparison. COD is under active investigation -- showed signs of decomposition (??). not many answers as to what is leading them to COD but its SO early.

Trying to get a timeline. there is decomp but they have no idea as to a time frame. He has NOT BEEN POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED (b/c of the dna results -- waiting on them)

Reporter insinuating that mom may have deliberately wrapped him in multiple bags to speed up decomp. She's not that educated IMO. She may just have wanted to avoided a mess; perhaps learning from the other "mother" who dumped her daughter like trash and spillage caused a stinky trunk.

And you might find this odd, he doesn't want you to judge him or Camilia.

I saw that and was going to comment. Um...just where does he think it needs to be? If we don't judge then he has no culpability. He could have done more.Period.

I found this earlier today. Around 1:30 pm I called the fourth district and spoke with a detective who I sent the links and a screen shot to of the comments.
I was then called by FBI agent David Morgan who I again sent the comments to, as well as the link to her facebook and website.
This is just sickening. I am so sad but I knew.

Yes, I know he's not the father of her other 2 children. But he also has 2 other children himself. One is a 2 year old boy and another is a baby on the way.

she would get more money from the state especially if they could not find the childrens father (or rather she wouldnt tell them) b/c then she is a "single" mom and has these 3 kids. more money.

I am the mother of a special needs child. hes almost 4, non verbal, blind in 1 eye, and autistic. I cry most days - I do but right now, Im crying b/c if this child did indeed have special needs (not that it makes it any different) it hurts my heart even more. Some (like mine) cant talk, they cant express what they are feeling, he gets hurt and doesnt bat an eye..he just wants hugs and kisses. The thought of E wanting a hug or kiss from his vile mother makes me sick w/ rage.

I was really REALLY hoping she had just dropped him off somewhere. after finding all her links yesterday, she only cared about $$. and if you go to her yahoo profile she asked 4 other questions around the same time as the arm fractured one and it was ALL about her tattoos and how to meet producers to make it in the business.

Im sure, I mean SURE he was being a usual 3 yr old boy (special needs or NOT) they are a terror!!! ;p but he was doing whatever and she told him to stop. he didnt want to stop and I think she became enraged. she asked on the 21st about giving him up for adoption and thats also the last time anyone said they may have seen him -- something (i think) happened that night. he was probably dead before thanksgiving and thats why he was still in the dumpster/able to found so easily.

think about it -- if she dumped him wed AFTER trash pick up, it wouldnt have gone until TODAY. so she waited a few days to lie low and make sure all was good. THEN set her plan into motion. IF he was dead by the 21st/22nd - she sat there for DAYS thinking about how she could make it seem like he was taken.

She thought her life was hard before hopefully that will seem like a walk in the park for what is to come of her. I have no sympathy for mothers who kill just as I do not have any for any fathers who kill their own kids. Her 5 yr old son will have an even harder life then what she had mentally. He now must live with his little brother being killed and throw away like trash at the hands of the one person who was supposed to love them unconditionally.

The amount of cash assistance she would have been eligible to recieve is based on the number of people in the household. The maxmimum cash benefit for an assistance group size of four is $564. The benefit is the same regardless of whether the assistance group is composed of two parents and two children or one parent and three children. If any of the fathers paid child support that exceeded that monthly allotment, she wouldn't be eligible for cash.

The maximum benefit allotment for food assistance for an assistance group size of four is $668, and it's the same, based on assistance group size and income.
