Wanton Funeral Chapel. spokesperson announced on Thursday. Boys wake set for Emilliano tentatively. Tuesday morning at 10:30 am. at Our lady of Peace
Catholic Church, 12000 Shaker Blvd. in Cleveland with a service starting at 11am. DNA tests confirmed that the disfigured body in compacted trash was Emillianos. Mother is held under 2 million $ bail. She is considered a flight risk. The County has remaining 2 children in foster care.


I hope they dont let that "mother" attend the funeral :what: there is no mention of it so far..:seeya:

Everything has changed including funeral home. Its now Pernell Jones Funeral Home. The funeral is Friday and it is private. No time was given for service. The "father" announced a fund set up at a Key Bank. I will not give to it. I would have to know the money was going for good use, grave, stone, etc..I would guess the other childen are still in foster home as there has been no news otherwise. :seeya:

Emilliano services were yesterday. The family requested privacy and recieved it. The brothers have been put in custody of each fathers family. A background check was done on each family. They didnt say which cemetery Emilliano was buried in.

Just wanted to update with a story from Christmas

Officers from the Fourth District were “Santa’s Helpers” on Friday, passing out Christmas gifts to 5-year-old CT. His younger brother, 3-year-old Emilliano, was killed and his body found in the trash last month.

The police officers also delivered Christmas gifts to Emilliano’s 5-month-old brother who is also in the care of paternal relatives.

Hmmmm....I couldn't find a trial thread for Emillliano's murderer, but here are a few highlights (or should I say lowlights) of the trial. (My bolding.)

FBI agent Joe Callahan testified that while dozens of investigators were trying to find Camilia Terry’s son, she was demanding to talk to an attorney first before going to FBI headquarters to help them develop a timeline.

TERRY: “I understand. I’m trying to help y’all find my son, just like y’all are trying to help me, but I’ve got rights too.”

FBI AGENT: “You can do whatever you want to do, but I’m telling you right now, we’ve got 100 people on the street looking for your kid and you want to stop and talk to your attorney.”

OFFICER: “We’re looking for your baby honey.”

GUILTY and sentenced to 30 years to life.

The Cleveland woman convicted of killing her 3-year-old son and dumping his body in the garbage was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for aggravated murder. The judge handed down an additional year to be served consecutively for a lesser charge.

She's a piece of work. Here she blames his death on a mystery boyfriend. In the video at link below, she claims that the "boyfriend" beat Emilliano to death and tried to rape her. But she was afraid nobody would believe her.

So, it seemed like a much better idea to triple bag him and throw him in a landfill, then plan an elaborate hoax kidnapping, making sure your 5 year-old stays on script and lies for you about said hoax kidnapping? MUCH more believable.....

In the video, Terry says it was last November, her boyfriend was upset that she was communicating with another man. Terry says the boyfriend became so enraged, that he went on the attack, beating her and her young son Emilliano, who she says came to her defense.

Terry told investigators, “Emilliano, he didn’t leave and I kept telling him to go leave and he didn’t leave so he was beating up against Red trying to get him to stop cuz he was trying to rape me and but, Emilliano was hitting up against him so Red backhanded him on the wall and then he kicked him down the hallway.”

Was thinking about baby E today. Such a beautiful little guy. I saw a petition a long time ago about changing the name of the park to the Emilliano Terry Park but I can't find anything about it now so I am guessing that it didn't happen. I hope that his brothers are happy and are in a loving and nurturing environment with a great support system to help them deal with the loss of baby E.
