STONELICK TWP., Oh. — Police are searching for a critically missing man from Stonelick Twp. in Clermont County.

According to authorities, Frank Buldain walked away from his home at 1:07 p.m. on Jan. 26, and has not been seen since. He has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and suffers from dementia.

Sheriff's canine units and an Ohio State Highway Patrol chopper were both deployed to search for Buldain, but were unsuccessful.

He was last seen wearing a white jacket, blue pants, black shoes, a black "Adidas" ball cap, and was walking with a cane.

Search efforts continue for missing Clermont County man

Where could he be? Stonelick Township has a population of about 5900. It is fairly small. No vehicle, walks with a cane. Weird that he wasn't found yet.

The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office has conducted an initial search but they need help to cover a larger area.

FOX19 NOW spoke with his family last Tuesday and they said they have no idea where he might be.

“This is the equivalent of somebody walking outside and being beamed up," Marie Buldain said.

Dave Rader runs the Ohio Chapter of Texas EquuSearch and said he’ll use ATV’s, drones and boots on the ground to aid in the search for the missing man.

A week-long search for a missing Clermont County man has ended.

On Saturday, Feb. 2, Frank Buldain,75, was found dead in a wooded area approximately 2 miles from his residence.

Members of the Civil Air Patrol who volunteered with Texas Equusearch located Buldain during a ground search, said deputies.

Sheriff Steve Leahy with the Clermont County Sheriff’s department released a statement, “I would like to personally thank all of those from the community who volunteered their time and effort today. A special thanks to Texas Equusearch who was instrumental in organizing todays search efforts."
