Was Monday January 13 the first day back at school? Maybe kids walking by for the first time since school let out Dec 20 saw or smelled something?

I'm worried that Harley was living there but then decided to suicide. I hope not.
Sure looks like a suicide. I thought Devin Bond as soon I read the details of this case.

Would the police and investigators be able to take pictures and investigate for hours if there was a dead body in there for several weeks? Wouldn't the smell be overwhelming and they would be wearing masks and such?

Phew ... fast moving thread and hard to know which live stream is being referred to.

A minor is not an approved source.
MSM is an approved source (of course)
Gray Hughes is an approved source.

I have tried to determine and remove posts discussing info from a social media account that may belong to a minor.

Thank you to all who are trying to keep the thread on track. Please continue to Report any posts that are sourced to a minor.

Still holding out hope for Harley here, but not looking good right now.

Very true and the Chief's wording is a bit ominous "he's still considered missing" it's almost like "well we know where he is, but not gonna say anything as of yet" type feeling to it. IMO

Did they have a SW when they went to search that house today and what made them go search that house today? It was kinda outta the blue it seemed. It was like BAM they go in flocking and surround that house. (yet again MOO)

Maybe a missing person remains “missing” status until the body is identified by a family member or other means, and that would not occur at a crime scene.

There were masks spotted through the windows before they blocked them Also I doubt the heat was on.

I honestly am wondering if they found a body being as they left so early.

I'm not sure they would spend all that time at the house if they thought it was suicide.

BCI, PCPD and others were there for almost 8 hours total.

They covered up the middle windows on top floor, there was hammering going on, they were knocking out walls, taking out the drywall. <modsnip: If you can't link it don't discuss it.>

Most officials leave after overnight search at house near Dilly's residence; last word was Harley still considered missing

As of 3:30 a.m., all officials have pulled away from the scene, with no update given yet into the investigation.

At just after 2 a.m. Tuesday, a white van was seen backing up to a side door at the vacant house, where just an hour earlier investigators cut a wall open from the inside. The back door to the van was opened and police cars and an ambulance pulled up, blocking the view of the van. A few minutes after that, the white van pulled away from the house and a BCI unit also left.

(this is from another stream I found) The stream I found is on FB. There are a few of them that were shared in that 1 but since it's fb I'm not gonna post since the scene has been cleared now.

They went there at 4 p and cleared the scene recently at close to 3a

I'm not sure they would spend all that time at the house if they thought it was suicide.

Well, they would still need to process the scene, whatever the MOD may appear to be.

Even if appears to be a suicide, the investigation is still fluid, and there will still be many questions that need to be answered.

They would still need to collect and review the evidence in order to make any determination, along with ME’s assessment, of course. They would need to ascertain, for example, that the scene is not staged, etc.

ETA: I know what you mean, though. They sure spent a lot of time there.

Another thing to note, it took quite a bit of time to remove his body, IF they removed a body, moo.
