I have heard of cases of evidence being moved to already searched areas. I have a horrible ache in my chest about this.
You know when you just...know?

Yes, Tim Miller from Texas Equusearch has stated this before, moo, hence a reason for some search locations to be kept confidential even after they are cleared.

Port Clinton police to give an update at noon following an overnight search of house near Dilly residence

the police chief and fire officials left the scene just after 3 a.m. Tuesday, and one officer remained outside the the house into the early morning hours.

At just after 2 a.m. Tuesday, a white van was seen backing up to a side door at the vacant house, where just an hour earlier investigators cut a wall open from the inside

**
After a search has been conducted and an area is considered a "crime scene" 1 or more officers are left on post to keep the area secure to make sure no one goes into the area to tamper with anything. Should someone go into a crime scene even after it's cleared they could contaminate the scene and that would get them charges of tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice and possibly even be charged with the crime that occurred at the scene. ANOTHER reason to keep the scene secure is for public safety. Should parts of the scene be removed,( ie walls, doorways, doors, etc) it could become a hazard for a normal civilian to walk into. SO, in order to keep the public safe an officer or 2 will be left behind to protect the scene. It is also for the just in case. In case they have the need to return to the scene to do yet another check to make sure nothing was missed. Especially if/when they are working in the dark.** (MOO and IME)

(IME= In my experience)

My heart aches for Harley. I've lost sleep - it's got hard to many here. If things don't change this could be my now 8 year old grandson... Although I am a very determined Grandma. I'm not sure of what was happening in that household. I just feel some people can't manage themselves let alone a child even though there IS love. Maybe there's a mental illness coupled with health issues (moo).... No matter the outcome (my gut tells me we may find out today) I cannot give excuses for the actions of some in this, not can I condemn.

Wow, that’s a first I’ve heard such an exact statement like this from a Police Chief in an investigation like this..love this.

Numerous posts say Harley's belongings were removed from the house across the street from his, but where was that confirmed by LE?

If this is what it looks like, I'm very sorry for Harley and his loved-ones. His family will need their privacy.

We had a case here in the UK several years back where a missing girls body had been in the family loft the whole time... Dogs didn't alert the first time through the house then either.

Edit: I understand this isn't the Dilly home being investigated, but I find it unlikely they didn't check empty properties in the vacinity.

I remember this one:(

All I can hope is that LE have done/will do all due diligence on this case.
I said yesterday this thing was hiding in plain sight and I still feel that way now, even more so.
I have a theory which is pure speculation so I won't share. But I think/hope LE have been working another angle the whole time.

Pretty sure this is okay to upload because it's from a live stream. If not, mods please remove. The WTOL guy said "I wish we could say something about the coat" and there APPEARS to be a maroon coat hanging on something in the upstairs middle window MOO !!!

This is one of the creepiest things I’ve ever seen on WS.

That jacket appears to be hanging very high :(

Looks like it's hung on the corner of a door my kids do it all the time. Especially if their jackets are wet.

Ugh I just realized what those coat pictures remind me of...Blair Witch Project.

Local news (19) didn’t have anything new to report just now. I guess we sit and wait until the press conference.

I'm curious about the reports of a wall being removed. Sometimes, they will remove a section if there is evidence on the wall.

The confirmation was coming from MSM and they were getting info from LE, not 100% sure how as LE was bustin butt gettin everything they could as thorough as they could, BUT I guess where there's a will there is a way.

I posted the link from MSM and even took an exert from it and posted it regarding the wall. YES, they did remove a part of the drywall.
