FOREST PARK, Ohio —
Forest Park police say they are looking for a 2-year-old taken by his mother.
Police said Priscilla Kavanaugh does not have custody of her son, Harper Hamm and he is considered a missing person.
He was taken around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Hamm is described as biracial with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 3 feet tall and weighs 27 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green coat, green shirt, jeans and green and gray shoes.
Kavanaugh has a history of mental illness and is not taking her medication, police said.
She is believed to be driving a dark blue 2008 Jeep Compass, Ohio license plate GNA7482. She was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, gray pants and brown UGG boots.
