It says resident in 1998. It's not the same JJ, but it is weird as our JJ would have been 60 now. Born in March1956

ETA: And even weirder Chestnut is 9 blocks (is that right, blocks/streets) from Mulberry Park

I did find the Chestnut address. And yes, I agree it is weird about the age and address.

Only one (from kadoobers list) I have found is Cynthia Louise Carmack, 15.

In the thread is says missing since Sept 1988, aged 16. I'm confused!

ETA: Just seen this http://maamodt.asp.radford.edu/Psyc%20405/serial%20killers/Hall,%20Larry%20DeWayne.pdf And she is listed an alleged victim of another sicko!

Am I getting confused, but wasn't the baby found in 8/1989. Shouldn't we be looking from someone missing in 1989, late 1988?

This address on Warren is a two family home (per the description) which is not uncommon and therefore it's highly likely that it was/is a rental property. Not sure if that is of any significance ... just adding that tidbit of info.

Tried. The transfers didn't go that far back. But she was young. She could have rented. Especially being that she lived on the East side. For those of you who don't live out here, the East side is an extremely impoverished part of town.

Older records are farther down on the transfer page under "transfer cards" - and you click on the links to the pages to see the images of the old real estate transfer records.

Yes, disregard. She was just the closest to the date in the list, and is probably a victim of another perp.

RE: Chestnut from 1979 - 1990 it was owned by <snip> ... not sure if she is any relation to Joann Jaso (although Jaso's obituary will tell us more). You can request a free emailed copy of her obit via that link from the Toledo Library. I did, and will post when I get it. Someone else may want to as well because to be honest I am really swamped with work and may not be the quickest at doing so ...

Then a <snip> lived at that address ... not sure how they are linking Joann Jaso's name to that residence for 1998 considering it's 15 years after her death.

Joan was found in mid September of 2002. I knew her when she was a teen. Unfortunately the media drug her through the mud locally, and I really hope they run the dna for her. Her mom deserves answers.

This really has me wondering too ... 1998 must be wrong. That's the only thing I can think of, but I'm wondering what records they have that link her to the address since all the property searches I do (2805 and 2806 chestnut) don't come up with any of the 3 last names she's linked with. Interesting.

I have thoughts about how the address and name kept going after she deceased, but I don't want to speculate or suggest.
