friends noticed the $3.00 handcuffs on turn signal handle.............he said he lost plastic key, bought from Marko Wholesale
told them it had release button on both sides of hand cuffs
to heavy for the rear view mirror of truck, had to readjust mirror to much
goes on and on to explain why he decided not to keep mowing that day.......off schedule
But then decides to go to Whitehouse and mow............
MAIN REASON UNDER STRESS he bolded and underlined run down and fatigued, I never made it
he draws map of red car, bicycle and his loaded truck
of course the bike rider crossed lanes and he accidently hit her in MOTHER's truck repeated Mother's ruck constantly
then he writes his sick story about RG.
He claims he NEVER touched her in any sexual way or manner
I O NOT BEAT UP ON WOMEN!!!!
took RG 3 months to write her victim statement
she took off on a motorscycle with a guy
she she looked 100% physically OK I had NO IDEA what I had done was a serious felony

he motorcycle uy came back with a friend asking for his driver license, he wouldn't give i to him. They ha his mothers truck license number.
A very nice Park Ranger said to wait for proper police
RG said a large man with blonde hair assaulted her..............he said he wasn't large, thin in fact with dark brown hair.
RG was MADE AS HELL, not hysterical, not crying
"BUT SHE AMAZINGLY IS SOMEHOW ABLE TO REMEMBER 'ALL KINDS OF TERRIBLE ***** THAT I SUPPOSEDLY HAD DONE-OR WAS TRYING-OR WAS GOING TO DO TO HER

According to Ohio Secretary of State Toledo Turf was established 7/31/1978. It was cancelled by Operation of Law 8/4/2008.

There is a Toledo Turf Lawn and Landcape incorporated in 2005, and is still active. I will search some records and see if I can get the actual address

In 1997 they were sued at the same address as well as 3 named defendents. The 4329 W. Alexis Rd. would be accurate. Again, close to Sylvania Township. And less than a mile from Michigan

of course his story is RG got herself hit, all her fault
he claims she changed her story
everything of evidence came back negative
he UNKNOWINGLY broke the law
Jim Moan suppose to tell him he would get probation if he did a plea deal
