Police describe Morgan being a white male, six feet tall, weighing 210 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Cincinnati police are looking for a man last seen on June 30 and may be heading to Florida.

James Morgan, 48, was last seen leaving his residence to pay the rent and never returned, police said. He was reported missing on Sunday.

Police say Morgan has been using drugs and is possibly suicidal.

A possible destination is Gulf Breeze Bay in Florida.

Morgan may be driving a red 1998 Honda Civic with Ohio license plate*HBY5758.

Officials say a bolo has been circulated to the Florida region.

I found an arrest record for a man that matches the description of James Morgan, but, unfortunately there was no photo released with the missing person report in order to compare.
