This was already a travesty of justice, that would just be such a slap in the face to her family, I still can’t believe this guy got off with barely any jail time. It makes me so angry because we all knew from day one he was responsible.

He is a "model inmate" and mentors others. But he still is a murderer who only got a 3-year sentence.

her head was laid at the rubbish dump in a plastic bag.

John would not explain what happened to Katelyn, even though his sentence was only 3 years.

I NEVER HEARD HER TURN AROUND AND SAY THAT JOHN, GO OUT AND FIND THE REAL KILLER.

IT’S DELUSIONAL.

AND AS SHOCKED AS DAVE MARKHAM WAS TO HEAR THOSE WORDS SPOKEN IN THE HALLWAY, HE DID TELL ME HE WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH JUDGE DAN HOYT’S DECISION TO MAKE JOHN CARTER SERVE HIS ENTIRE
SENTENCE.
AND DAVE MARKHAM ALSO TOLD ME HE REALLY DID NOT EXPECT CARTER TO COME CLEAN.
