Early reports that bones have been found in the search for Billy Disilvestro and Katelyn Markham. Hopefully there will be more information available soon.

Billy has been missing several months, I believe? Not sure if someone would be reduced to bones in weeks...possibly, with the heat wave they had during late August.

She mentioned finding bones but nothing about clothing. Billy has been missing long enough for his remains to be bones only.

I'm not sure about Katelyn. I think if she has been deceased that long she would be partially decomposed but I'm not sure.

Disilvestro was reported missing by his mother on February 11, 2011. Investigators have determined that his last known location was in the 200 block of Ross Avenue in Hamilton on Tuesday February 8th.

Disilvestro was last seen wearing a grey winter coat with fur around the hood of the jacket.

Of course, it could be animal bones too. Unless enough was found to immediately show otherwise.

Seeing how Billy was last known to be in Hamilton, this could well be him, if these are human remains.
I hope for his mother's sake, they are, she is desperate to have him back in some way.

Seems like either one body and two sets of remains, or three sets of remains, or the remains from one of three people were found over there today...FB page is hopping...hope Katelyn is found, one way or another, soon...

If these are human bones I would be more prone to believe they belong to Billy but I'm guessing based on what I was able to read from the site I posted up-thread.

I just hope a family is able to take their child home.

Praying for the families who are waiting for their loved one to come home.

JM&J! I wish they had a test to immediately differentiate animal from human bones! It would save alot of people alot of grief

Actually it was MSM that printed that bones were found and a quote from a searcher who said they were probably "Billy's and Katelyn's"...

I know, that's why I said I would wait until they tell us what was found after they have been examined.

Sources report that a volunteer group in Hamilton, Ohio was searching for Katelyn Markham and another missing person by the name of Billy Disilvestro. During the search of some vacant, overgrown land; a woman discovered what appeared to be decomposing human remains. The discovery of human bones was alerted to police who are now handling the search further.

It's interesting that volunteers are searching for both Katelyn Markham and Billy Disilvestro in the same area. Did the two people know one another, or was this just an opportune time to hold a combined search effort?
