UGH. Unfortunately we here have been down this road before.
Question,,,,, its being reported by WCPO that the picture posted is of what she is wearing and was before the abduction. Arent infant car seats supposed to be rear facing , which in my opinion would alter the way this.picture was taken?

Either this or some accident he is covering.

Oh no. This is horrible. This father has killed his baby to spite the ex-girlfriend.

Why do I even go to these threads, just want to scream my head off. What type of person leaves a baby in a car alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even if the baby is found unharmed, that alone should carry a life in prison sentence. Why is it not a felony when a person neglects or abuses a baby/child?

We just lost a beautiful baby, her daddy found her at 6 AM. (possibly SIDS) I can tell you out of experience that 911 calls has NO shock! Where is the panic, where is the pleading for help, where is the shock? I pray this baby is found safe and not given back to this person. I pray the mother took this child for reason unknown. I am so sick of so called parents that don't give their children proper supervision. So sick of it. I'm just mad and sick of this, every baby's life is important. Bless our children.

Oh, that 911 call - way too much "explaining" from the dad and not enough concern for his daughter. IOW he's in major CYA mode. I'm afraid this will be bad news. I hope I'm wrong though - I was in Shaylynn Ammerman's case so I suppose it's possible a stranger really did abduct baby Kaylynn, but things don't "feel" right to me.

Makes zero sense. If they don't have a suspect, who's phone were they pinging??

I'm thinking maybe the father's phone. He stated that his wallet was in the diaper bag so perhaps his phone was as well. If that was taken along with the baby then they might ping it.

Exactly my thoughts. I don't buy that pathetic crying for a moment. IMO it's a poor me, someone help me, feel bad for me. His concern should be where is my baby! He should be shouting for help finding his baby.

Exactly the case I was thinking of. :(:(:(

Ironically, WCPO is also running a story about a foster child who was killed by his foster parents in 2006. The foster mother held a press conference begging for the boy's return - weeks after she and her husband killed him. Coincidence?

Yes, and what did people learn about the Lonzie Barton case? Lonzie was found too late to determine a cause of death.

When a person leaves a child in a car alone, that in itself should be a prison sentence. In this case, car seat and diaper bag is missing with the child. He went into the store for water for a sleeping baby? How long was he in this store.

Talk about sketchy? This article was all over the place without actually saying anything.

How did person get baby out of car?

Where was father?

Did father leave her in car while he went into store?

Are stores open after 6:00 PM on Sinday night?

Article mentions that "after 10 a.m. that police were talking with several people who arrived at the police station". This makes it sound like people just drop in to visit?? https://wlwt.relaymedia.com/amp/news/3monthold-girl-reportedly-abducted-in-loveland/40975462

The Dollar General in my area is open until 9 pm on Sunday evenings.

Still catching up on the thread.........

It's amazing how quickly they can determine a cell phone ping.

This isn't going to end well. I hope this isn't another case where the child isn't recovered.

They need to get cadaver dogs out to dad's home and car. I'd bet money she was never in the car while he was parked at the Dollar General. I'd like to know what he bought that was so urgent he needed to drop in just before closing time and leave his daughter in the car. The whole DG story is a load of.......
