GUILTY OH - Kaylynn Crawford, 4 mos, Loveland, 31 July 2016

  • #101
So many people, countless people, treat children like trash. My husband is a pastor and we see it every day. They may not necessarily kill them, but they sure don't raise them right. A lot of parents are spaced out on drugs, or just plain selfish and oblivious. It's a sick, sad world out there.

Oh dear Lord why😢
I just don't get why he would do such a thing? If I was the mom I would be in jail for attempted murder. How dare he?
RIP Kaylynn.

in my line of work (interior designer) I deal with family's everyday. I witness parents that would gladly give their own life's for their children, they'd climb the highest mountain, swim the deepest ocean, fight an army (as it should be). It's just not fair! I guess life's not fair, and it starts at birth, oh what power a parent has.

My guess ... child support.

Or the 🤬🤬🤬 left her alone in the hot car, poor baby succumbed to the heat and he freaked out.

RIP sweet baby

To be so young, innocent, and defenseless in this big, cruel world is hard enough when you have parents who strive to do the right thing day and night to care for you, provide for you, and ensure your survival.

When faced with the fragile day-to-day in a living situation such as the one Kaylynn found herself in, through no choice of her own - one can only guess what perils led up to last night and then today's final outcome.

I can NOT understand his choices, not when it was her precious life that was hanging in the balance.

My faith allows me to believe He has called her home, and she is an  now, flying free with her tiny wings. This does not make the hurt, or anger go away.

Fly high, BabyGirl! You deserved SO much better than this!

I think there's something to this theory. That or he beat her to death.

I never should have opened this thread. Poor baby. I am beyond sad.

I seriously, seriously hate having to change the prefix to found deceased. It never gets any easier (although I guess that's a good thing)

Rest in peace little Kaylynn.

When I heard his 911 call this morning, I knew. I knew she was dead and I knew he was lying. I can't explain it but it was a Susan Smith press conference thing. I knew then - and told everyone. I knew this morning and purposely avoided this thread. Now I need to go cry, a lot.

Do you think that Kaylynn could already be dead in the picture on her "missing" poster? There's something about the position of the baby in her seat that just doesn't look quite right. I wonder if the father took the picture for fake evidence that she was alive at the time the photo was taken.

Rest in peace, little one. I hope you didn't suffer.

Here come the rocks, please consider before throwing them at me.

Why, oh why, do these men think the solution to their baby problem is murder?!? Are they so dumb, uneducated as to not think ahead of time? Like nine months ago? Sure, there is always that girl who traps a guy by getting pregnant. However, we are seeing too many cases of fathers killing their own children.

Mothers kill their children too, however, it is not as frequently as men do. IMO.

Babies are not puppies! You don't have one, decide it's too much work and rehome it.

We don't know the situation with Kaylynn's parents. How was the custody divided up? If father didn't want to spend time with her, he needed to speak up. i imagine paying child support was a big issue for him too.

Two sad things - one is Kaylynn is gone. The other is this child murderer won't spend life in prison! Whatever sentence he is given will be cut short by "good behavior" and all the other malarkey reasons for an early release.

May God bless this mother and all the family who are devastated by such an evil act.

I don't know. I think Kaylynn looks younger than 4 months in the picture.

In that photo, she appears to be wearing the clothes they said she was wearing when she went "missing."

Not sure. I wondered the same thing. She looks asleep to me, but I really don't know. When I first saw it I wanted to sit her up straight so she wouldn't get a 'kink' in her neck. The picture bothers me, a lot. Hope we'll soon find out if this sweet baby was in that same outfit when she was found. My thought is that he left her in a hot car. However, would that produce a murder charge? Now a murder charge would be fine with me, but is premeditation needed for a murder charge? His pathetic 911 call really makes me mad.

I guess she is just a tiny thing!
