That poor puppy was almost an innocent victim in this tragic situation (MOO). He/she must have been so confused.

@Kakidoll, Understood as to the complexities of who is the "innocent person" as you say.

For this situation, and many others... it is at the exact moment of the last crime/death. Ma'khia is potential perp. She is not a victim. She was a person attempting to do bodily harm. To me, MOO that is very very clear. If she was doing it for a tic tok, that was a very very bad decision and LE should not MOO have to even consider such a situation in these few seconds.

And then, working backwards, there could be an innocent person who prior did something illegal if that makes sense. In other words, Pink "could have been" a victim of stabbing, but could be arrested for something else 10 minutes prior? Whether working backwards for 10 minutes, or for longer. Is it mitigating to avoid a potential charge (is this why pink family hasn't spoken out)..

I just don't know,but I do agree start with the stabbing attempt that he walked up on, then walk backwards. Heck, we even saw Charles McMillaim in the GF case was approached hours afterwards (assumption due to it was brought up in trial)... and he gave his first name, but didn't want to give his last name as he was concerned about being arrested.

In this case, what perplexes me, is that I have not see one MSM discussing thanks to LE for saving the deadly actions to LE that she, "Pink", was saved from being stabbed? Blows my mind.

No one is talking. Pink is not talking. It makes me wonder why.

I think that Pink and her family aren’t talking because they don’t want further violence done to them.

You are correct that WS members have not said cops are gun happy assassins. That is what I've read in comments on other MSM sites.

Focusing on the other person assaulting the person on the ground is relevant to any discussion because his actions added to the volatility of the situation the police officer was faced with IN THIS SITUATION. IMO.

You do have a point there. But taking him out of the equation, it was the teen with the knife who was the more present danger. I do hope he is charged, however. I don’t know the story behind the fight but there’s no way what they were doing was self-defense at that particular moment. Especially as the cops were already there. Step back and let them handle it if someone is attacking you.

And if the woman in pink started things by assaulting others, charge her too.

The other cops arrived as the shots were fired. They were not there when all this was going down. This was shown by the cameras each of the LE wore. MOO

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A grand jury has declined to bring charges against the Columbus police officer who fatally shot 16-year-old Ma'Khia Bryant last year.

According to the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office and the Fraternal Order of Police, the grand jury issued a "no bill", meaning they did not find probable cause that a crime was committed.
