Death Penalty

Judge will let us know Friday if he will go with the death sentence, or life.

The judge upheld the death sentence. Dutch Pizza Boy is now on Death Row with the smirk intact but minus the god awful hair. Surprised this case did not generate much interest here. I tried to avoid it, but when I read the testimony of the coroner about the defensive wounds on those poor kids strapped in their car seats, I couldn't sleep for a couple days afterwards.

Mammone’s trial ended Friday with Stark County Common Pleas Judge John G. Haas sentencing the 36-year-old Canton man to death for killing his two children and their grandmother, Margaret Eakin, on June 8
