Michael David Goins has not been seen by friends or family since Sept. 14. Goins' fiancee last saw him leaving the house, but he never returned. Goins is a diabetic and did not take his medication with him when he left.

We have a diabetic in the family. Low blood sugar can cause some real irrational behavior that's beyond the control of the person with the disease. I hope he just got confused and wandered off and got help somewhere.
