Cincinnati mother accused of burning son, hiding abuse

An Avondale mother is accused of burning young son with hot water and trying to hide his injuries.

Laneasha Walker faces three counts of child endangering.

Laneasha Walker, 24, is facing three separate charges of child endangerment after allegedly pouring hot water on the child in December, causing second-degree burns to ten percent of his body.

According to police, the siblings of the child also witnessed the act and confirmed to officers that it happened.

He was eventually brought to Cincinnati Children’s, where doctors noted both old and new burns.

She was arraigned on Saturday and held on $75,000 bond. She's not allowed to contact her son if she does get out of jail.

This wasn't a one off. She did this more than once for there to be old and new burns. And she did it right in front of her other kids. Can you imagine being those children and seeing your mother torture your sibling? I am so glad they were brave enough to tell what they saw. This woman needs to be nowhere near children. MOO
