Ohio woman, 22, reported missing after arriving at O’Hare


Police are looking for an Ohio woman who was reported missing after arriving at O’Hare International Airport Monday, according to Chicago police.

Nimra Imtiaz was reported missing by her husband, who lives in Ohio, after she arrived at O’Hare but missed her flight home to Columbus, police said.

Imtiaz is described as a 5-foot-5 Asian woman weighing about 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, police said.

She was last seen wearing a white dress, a multi-colored vest and two black and gold jackets, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Area North Special Victims Unit detectives

Missing Ohio woman last seen at O'Hare Airport

CHICAGO (WLS) --
An Ohio woman is missing after her husband said she never made it home on a flight from O'Hare Airport.

Nimra Imtiaz was last seen on Monday. Police said she made it to the airport, but never boarded a plane.

Imtiaz was wearing a white dress with a multi-colored vest and two black and gold jackets. The 22-year-old is described by police as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Could she have forgotten something at her hotel and returned for it? Her husband should ask the hotel desk, if indeed she was a guest nearby and not staying with friend or family. If she was East over in Rosemont, where the fancy conference center is that's a safe area to travel (if busy, they have uniformed police out in the streets helping people cross River Road safely.) If she was south on Manheim, at the cheaper hotels that area can be a bit sketchy in spots (homeless and panhandlers).

TSA scans your driver's license now- wonder if she went through security and then turned around, never went through security OR went through and something happened to her on the secure side?
