I am going throw an outlier into this and I am sure a lot of people would disagree. Sylvie Ouimet went missing in April 1975 from Montreal Canada. I recognize that the eye color is different, but in my opinion and this is just me, the facial structure looks correct compared to the post mortem photos of the Doe. She would have been in the age range as the Doe, the height is correct, the weight is a little off. I found a facebook post in French about her and the people commenting are also French Canadian, sounds like some people remember her. I am curious if it would even be worth submitting.
