Sorry, i didnt post links, didnt have enuff time to figure out how, but like u say, u can refer to the times on the screen shots i posted. Maybe i misunderstood what Canepa said. I'll listen again. While im at it id love to hear the part where GW4 asked to see the transcript, if u could post a time for it that would be awesome:)

Im 4 pages back right now so forgive me if its already been done.
I went back looking over the cross examination only. Great tip for YouTube is you can hit the 3 dots on the bottom right of the video and then at the bottom it says transcribe. It shows the words to the right so you can scroll through looking for parts of the testimony you want to revisit. It is auto generated so sometimes the words are slightly off like Bulvine = Boulavard or something like that, but you can definitely get enough to find parts you want to listen again or just read and see where specific questions are asked. I see where he asked to see the transcript of a call between Angela and Rita. It's about 1 hour 30 minutes in to his cross examination. I don't see him asking to see the border transcript.

Thanks for the tip! I swear, i had the volume cranked in the car on a long interstate trip, 2nd time i listened to G4. Maybe i saw a squirrel.

I take that completely different. To me what Jake is saying is that Billy was frustrated with me/Jake, with what he/Billy had been made to do.
I read it that way, too.

IANAL but I do know having a document notarized is a legal action. Hanna's signature was forged. Once that forged signature was notarized, it became a legal document. Whether it was ever presented for use or not, having it notarized shows there was intent to use it. JMO
A car title or a deed maybe. But leaving your kid to someone like a piece of jewelry or a favorite couch? No. The judge would have thrown that out in family court so fast it would have made Angies head spin. You don't "will" your kids to someone, especially if they have a mother alive as BW did.

But did George sign jakes document. I don’t think the state claimed he did. Jmo
He didn't sign Hannah's either. He signed his own name.

Did you hear where Canepa offered to let him see the MT transcript? She did not do that. And yes he did ask her for a transcript of the MT interview. I will find it and post it after dinner tomorrow night,

With respect.... I have listened to his testimony three times now and never heard her ask him if he wanted to see the transcripts of the MT interview.

ETA: My anti virus will not let me view those clips posted so i will refer back to the original video at the times posted.
Ok, so for some reason that first screenshot i posted time is off. I went back to see and this is what i found-

At 5.34.01 on G4 cross examination Law and Crime on Youtube.

Canepa starts- "Again, In May of 2017 when you sit down with the agents you told them that he was given 1 year to live and therefore you did not know you were going to go back, that you had to discuss it with your family and decide what you guys were going to do."

George says- "I dont remember the 1 year to live, i remember saying something about discussing if we were going to move up or not, i dont remember saying the 1 year to live thing."

Canepa says- "Would it refresh your recollection to see a transcript of that?"

I must have slept though a lot of what you are saying. george said Billy and Chris sr took the murder truck from Peterson rd. He never said Katy was mistaken.

He did not say no IT was not. He said no. Canepa absolutely did not ask george if he needed to refer to the transcript of the MT interview. He asked her if she would give HIM a copy to refresh his memory of what was said and she ignored him. IMO earphones or earbuds help in understanding what is being said better.

The morning timeline truck thing i caught was that G4 said that G3 stayed home all night. Said they all got up together. But apparently G3 was giving the truck to Katies before daylight. IIRC also, there was testimony that G3 hung around for a lil while. That will take some digging to find. Im pretty sure i read it on here, probably in Katies testimony? Until i find that itll have to have a Moo.

When i first found Websleuths, right after topix shut down, i saw u lot mooing and was like ...ummm cows? What is this place?:D

And one last one for the night- The SKS slip. Again, i was sure there was a slip, i do tend to use an ear bud at home(no point using 2), but when im on the road i bluetooth to my car stereo which is a high quality system and i can really crank it and make it clear as a bell. The slip occurs on the Law and Crime Youtube video of G4 cross at 2.44.54 from the begining of the video.

Canepa says- "You agree that you've owned numerous SKS's, correct?"

G4 says- "Yes, more then i can put a number on."

Canepa says- "Ok, and you would agree that when the search was done at the Flying W, at you're grandparents home where you were storing your guns, correct?"

G4 says- "Yes."

Canepa says- "That 'an' SKS was not found amongst those weapons, correct?"

G4 says- "No, 'it' was not."

Eta: later on when Canepa was going thru all the people that were liars and G4 was the only one telling the truth, that was when Canepa refered to Katie ..that she must've also been lying (about the timeline for the truck) and thats when G4 said that he didnt say Katie was lying, he said she was mistaken.

-_- uh huh.

Jmo without testimony? Nothing points to George. Is Jake’s testimony credible? Well Pastor Jake would tell you yes, but see So called Pastor Jake is still trying to manipulate people with his lies. Otherwise he wouldn’t be able to call himself Pastor Jake. Jake bought items,(they had receipts, text conversation, picture of him holding gun), many spoke of his controlling of H, H actually saying he choked her, he killed innocent people, tried to cover it up. He enjoys being in the spot light. He never tried to avoid attention. Set up go fund me. Spoke for hours to Bci. Spoke to them many times and I would say he laughed each and every time at them until the day he was arrested. Then in 2021 he began laughing again. Because he felt he was still in some type of control. And he still was able to get people to believe his lies.
They also have receipts of things bought with George's CC. And therein lies my point - there is no evidence other than testimony that says Jake did it. What does enjoying the spotlight have to do with evidence of guilt or innocence?
He choked Hannah and George slapped Tabbi.

George had 2 choices only - to deny any knowledge or to admit Jake was telling the truth. His only chance at getting away with knowing everything and going along in the truck that night are to deny knowledge. Otherwise he'd end up in jail 30+ years like Angela. He's an excellent liar. Jake had already said George didn't kill anyone, I will never believe he had no knowledge of the plan and murders. And I believe Jake's testimony of that night is true for the most part.

From what I count - there are only 7 motions that were filed from 11/21 to 11/22/22. #113 to #119....

And I too wonder which ones were denied. The court site is not updated with that info.... yet... Guess I will look on Sunday or Monday morning to see which ones were denied.
I don't understand this one, do you?

I agree. I don't know that he is an excellent liar so much as his legal team prepped him very well (standard). If JW & AW testimonies are regarded as useless, then disregard them completely. The evidence points right back to everyone who lived in Peterson Rd. house where the computer could have been used by anyone and the shell casings could have been left by anyone and the mag light suppressor could have been belonged to anyone.

So, the sz 11 shoe prints outside Little Chris's room, that Canepa mentioned in her opening - was that in carpeting? Could they get them because there was blood from the previous scenes that left a visible print? I don't remember discussion about that and I have never understood it. Can anyone point me in the direction of a discussion re number and sizes of shoe prints, and which scene?

From the tweets, she said 1 was filed in January, so 1 + 7 = 8.

Sorry - but I have no idea either! :D Guess we will have to wait for lawyer here...

@gitana1 @PrairieWind

Happy Thanksgiving!

If one of you very helpful attorneys get a chance sometime could you help us to understand this Motion-Jury instruction?

Why would the defense file this? Makes George look guilty.

This seems really odd to some of us and we need an attorney's opinion on it. Thank you if you can help.

"Abandonment" Instructions
The defendant conspired in the Conspiracy then abandoned the Conspiracy.

George Wagner testified on the stand he knew NOTHING about the murder plans but this Motion-Jury Instruction makes it sound like he knew about the plans but then basically turned his back on the plans. Here is my screen shot of the Motion #118 from above Twitter post:

From the tweets, she said 1 was filed in January, so 1 + 7 = 8.
With the jury on a holiday week break, lawyers met with Deering in court this morning to consider eight motions from Wagner IV's attorneys related to jury instructions. They filed one in January, five on Monday and two more today. Deering denied six, leaving two to go.

From Patricia Newberry Gallagher tweet.
