oh no, confusion in the courtroom, jury messed up on form, sending them out to correct it.

Unintentional failure to circle a box but the guilty verdict for obstruction of justice is correct as read. (Count 21)

Great work by the prosecution, jury and judge. This has been a long, long slog. Credit to the defense. They gave a very vigorous defense for their client, covered all the bases and then some.

If he has any sense, Billy will now approach the prosecution to make a deal.

HG's body; in bed beside FR, was also shown and FR face was shown again in that photo, as well. People were allowed to opt out of testifying in public but, for those deceased victims and their surviving family members no such decisions were allowed or possible. I thought it had been decided early on that such graphic photos would not be shown to the "internet audience." In view of that, I found the death photos no better than a cruel and sleazy trick.

Why was that Canepa's fault? That was the camera operator.

Judge now instructing jury. Compliments them on their diligence and the attention they paid to the trial.

Can now make public statements, but only speak in a way that they would be in court. Make sure their statement is absolutely correct or they might get misquoted. As jurors, they serve as officers of the court. When they leave, their service is completed. They have all the rights of private citizens. Don't have to talk about the case if they don't want to. Lawyers can't make them talk about it if they don't want to.
