Just watched the beginning. Some of the locations in their graphic video portion are incorrect. Just a note to anyone new to the case that's watching this video.

Not sure why the woman being interviewed in this video feels Jake got the "best plea deal of the century". Jake's plea deal only gave him LWOP. In exchange, his plea deal also gave the rest of his family LWOP as well. Angela ended up with a slightly better plea deal on their own, but GW4 got LWOP after going to trial and found guilty, as promised in Jake's plea deal. Billy will probably get the same.

I don't understand how 3 people killing 8 people makes any of them better than the other or less deserving of the DP or LWOP. Each of the 3 killed at least one person and that's enough. There are no "good guys" in the Wagner family. None of them deserve pity.

Do you mean you think George killed one of them and didn't just "freeze up" not shooting like Jake claimed?

Regardless, we know he voted for the murders and directly helped plan and prepare for that night and assisted directly at the crime scenes making sure it all went as planned and worked to cover their tracks.

However, he's got this way of speaking and then will sort of follow-up with an eye jab... uses his eyebrows, forehead quite expressively, his mouth and nose too. He really wants you to believe in what he is saying. I saw it then and still see it now. It's really different though. Moo

The graphics were very good, JMO. They looked realistic for the people they portrayed. The only things they got wrong, from the part I watched, was the location of the victims homes, etc.

As for George killing any of the victims, he lied about a lot of things. I think he did some shooting, but we may never know the truth.

Agreed. That's too bad about locations being wrong. That's an important factor. Helpful to have the visual and the graphics did that.

GW4 is not a good liar. He's a manipulator (all the W's are) and his face reveals it. The boys learned from the parents and from there they spent their lives manipulating whoever they could. Good old fashion manipulation.

***Geoge is not showing up in vinelink as being in OH or RI prison any longer. I did call and was told he is still in RI. I was told by a person at vinelink that he had a status change sometime between July 17th and July 22 and that a facility can ask for an inmate/info to be removed from vinelink and that could be why he is not showing up any longer.

They usually are, if done in court. It's possible it might attract more media coverage than these hearings did prior to GW4's conviction. Usually the tv stations from Cincinnati cover it, though.

I wonder how far this will go. The bullet proof vest purchase may not influence this action but I have no doubt that she knew what was going on, if not before or during, but definitely after. If that can be used to find her at some monetary fault, I hope the hearing can bring this forth. She, IMO, is an evil woman, using her chritianity and religion as a crutch. She has history, proven or not, that she will use her supposed wealth and influence to take advantage of whoever she can.

I am not yet covinced she actually knew anything at anytime for certain, she may have thought it at some point though, but that is a lot different. There could be more evidence that we are not aware of that comes out. I am interested to know more about her being present when they were discussuing retaliation and about her telling AW to tell LE that AW bought the shoes for Bob. I would like to know the context of those discussions.

The burden in a civil case is much less than in a criminal case so a jury could find her liable. I feel that she probably has most of her assets protected. Most people with a lot of property, land or money usually do. There still are probably some assets to get though.
