I wonder why they refer to him as Ohio's worst killer? Of all of the Wagners, Jake seemed the worst, most cold blooded; George perhaps second.

Jake must being wondering what lies ahead for him as the guards informed him of George's fate. The thing they most wanted will never happen; parenting their son and daughter. They'll be lucky if they ever see them again. I'd be willing to bet their longevity in prison is short lived. Even Ted Bundy allegedly suffered horribly at the hands of inmates while serving on death row. Anyway, they deserve ten fold what they put those babies through, imo.

From what’s known, I agree she was in charge and demanded full control of their lives, they willingly went along. She’s probably playing the victim of circumstances claiming not responsible for firing the shots that end their lives.

Unfortunately, she didn't realize at the time that Ohio law treats those who plan the murders the same as those who pull the trigger.

When I asked if he was there, to confirm the Vine information, thanks again for that, they asked me what my relationship is to him. Guy on phone asked me this because I wanted to know if he was in their Rhode Island prison.

So to get the information I said I was a "friend."

I know, it's disgusting to have to give, yes, my name and pretend I'm his friend. The officer confirmed he was there, that yes, he is the correct George Wagner.

Then he wanted to know if I wanted to get on his visitor's list. I said Ohio is too far away to visit and he's like "oh yah, of course."

Now none of this means I want to go to RI and visit George!!!!!!

But great joke on me.

This was all before CA just posted the Ohio article today that confirms that George is in RI. I only called the RI prison because we only had the Vine information to go on - no article.

Now I have 3 different confirmations that GW4 is in RI.

I have always been interested in what prison he would get sent to. I knew it would be maximum security. It just never crossed my mind that Ohio would want him out of their prison system altogether. I think they did this to get revenge on him because they have made it so no one can visit him and his prison is so terrible, one of the worst.

I do not believe for a minute that they couldn't secure him in Ohio if they wanted to. They do what they want. He is a very hated inmate. As the article says:

He is "considered the worst murderer in Ohio." Well, in the OH prison system because Jake will be the worst when he gets there. He is still in jail not sentenced yet for those who are unsure.

I wonder if the same fate awaits JW and or AW. IMO, AW is the worst. Not excusing any of it but those boys didn't have a chance at life with the make up of their combined DNA. IMO, all of then deserve this kind of treatment/facility or one just as bad.

I'm also wondering why the trial of BW is so far out. Surely the same evidence will be entered. The defense has had 5 years to prepare for a trial. JMO

Next Pike County murder trial won't start until early 2024

George "Billy" Wagner III has been jailed since November 2018, charged in the 2016 Pike County killings case. He'll stay a while longer.

Lawyers need transcripts from the fall 2022 trial of Wagner III's son, George Wagner IV, to proceed. Those documents – which Judge Corbin said would run between 12,000 and 15,000 pages – will not be ready until September.

Attorneys will then need time to review the transcripts to determine witness lists and other particulars.

"We don't have a choice" on the timing, Mark C. Collins, one of Wagner III's two attorneys, said after Wednesday's brief hearing in the Pike County Common Pleas Court.

And it came out in trial what we knew, he was extremely jealous about HR moving on without him dating other guys. The other guys sent him over the edge.

Angie made up abuse allegations to get her family to commit murder. She goaded Billy to "do something" and Billy decided to kill them all and he told Angie what to buy.

But this is Wagner testimony so you are correct, we don't know for sure. However, we can compare JW and AW's testimony and there will be some truth in there somewhere.

I just don't care anymore as to what each Wagner individual did, I see them as all filthy murderers all equal of the 22 charges, JW 23.

It was good to take a break from this case because it is so hard to think about what they did. The families don't get a break, this is why I want to see this through to the end. All 4 in prison. Not over until all are sentenced.

I'm thinking if it only houses 430 people, then very few of those 430 inmates are gentle.

For me that’s further evidence that she’s in control and possess the power to avoid any suspicion so- “Billy, Jake and George get yourselves in the truck, make presence known at memorial service, walk into that funeral home confident that I planned the perfect murder. Wait, need my daughter in my arms to hold tight- to forever control and possess (“granddaughter” no place in her reality).
