Wasn't he in the Franklin County Jail before?

He was. I am just being told he was released to Pike County Sheriff this morning. Pike County would probably would be in charge of transferring him to another facility or transferring him to where ever it may be.

I believe Jake Wagner to be in Gallia County OH jail facility? There is no link to provide so this is just my opinion after my own research. There is a phone number for Gallia County that anyone can call and verify if they wish.

Note Gallia County is closer to Pike County than Franklin County is. Jake has been housed in Franklin and if he was moved to Gallia - much closer to Pike - then I suspect something to do with Billy's trial ... ?

I had thought maybe something to do with the trial, but I am not sure. I think its a pretty small jail but I am not positive of that either. I think Gallia is about 50 mins away or so from Pike.

There is no doubt Jake's testimony will be pivotal to Billy's Trial. Jake's testimony will be in the first person, as in present at the actual crime scenes.

I will also be curious as to whether they will further protect Angie before Billy's trial. I believe her testimony will be very damning and valuable speaking to Billy's "Other Crimes".

Yes he is toast with their testimony and without it I would think. It is a lot easier to call someone a liar that is not around to testify.

Agree, but this is only is only a temporary County Jail until he gets sentenced to a State Prison.
I truly have no idea what his preaching and influence might be in a State Prison.

Maybe this is the reason he's in no hurry. He will have to get up and go to work. Doesn't seem like that's been a strong suit of his so far.

I'm of the mind that Billy is only going to trial so he can try to intimidate Jake and Angela as they testify. He has no other means to see ever them again in person, and now he will be spitting distance from both of them.

He's got to know he will be convicted and spend the remainder of his life in prison. IMO, he has nothing to lose by going to trial. If he plead guilty, he'd not see anybody but his attorney, the Judge, and family of the victims when his plea entered and his sentence imposed. JMO
