This is Judge Hein's amended or resubmitted response to Affidavit of Disqualification. As I had said yesterday the one that was submitted did seem to be incomplete.

It looks like the judge's goal is to speed up the trial and sentencings. He can see 9 years is too long.

Taking off the DP speeds things along and does not entitle Billy to get parole.

My concern is having Jake and Angie testify. They need to testify because Billy can claim he didn't live on Peterson Rd, thus the ballistic evidence found there had no bearing on him. Plus, he could say he never heard them planning murder and that he did not buy any murder supplies.

Goose house on water? He could simply say he did not know it was put there to bury evidence.

I wish I could comment but all I want to do is cuss.

Billy needs a LWOP sentence period.

Nothing less would suffice for this horrible killing spree of 8 people sleeping in their own beds. My stomach turned when I read the going’s on behind closed doors from a judge whom should put law and integrity before his own needs.

I will look for this. Haven't researched it long enough to be able to see if this judge is biased and not putting justice first.

Cool Cats. I probably let my emotions get the best of me with my statement. I got made while reading the allegations Canepa wrote about Judge Hein in the Affidavit of Disqualification.
