Mark Collins and Kaitlyn Stephens (Billy Wagners attorney's) are on a case in Columbus, Ohio which is going on now.. and it will more than likely take the rest of November to conclude it. It is this case:

I agree, and with the appeals still outstanding on Billy's case I am not sure they will announce a decision on that this year.

Judge Hein has really made a mess of this case. With any luck, he and Junk will be retired before Billy Wagner’s trial resumes. Hopefully, there aren’t too many more rogue judges down there to take over the case.

All of the Wagners remain incarcerated.

Asking for everyone's thoughts to be with me and my family. My great niece was found raped, beaten and strangled to death yesterday. She is 23 years old. They already have a suspect in custody. She did not know her attacker but apparently, he has been a suspect in other rapes on the college campus. From what has been told us she is the only one who fought back so his DNA was found under her fingernails. He is from Tulsa. I hope he confesses so it won't become long and drawn out. If not, her case may show up here on WS. Thanks to everyone.

How horrible! I will never understand how or why humans can be so cruel to others. I'm very sorry your family is going through this tragedy. I will say a prayer for her and you. We are all here if there is any way we can help you. Even if its just to listen.
