Maybe this will help:

• RN is Rita Newcomb - she's the mother of AW - Angela Wagner, who has been accused of murder

• Rita and her daughter Angela have been cautioned by the Judge numerous times to not discuss their case prior to trials

• Prosecutor Angela Canepa (AC) presented evidence in court the other day (at Rita Newcomb's pre-trial hearing) that Rit and Angela both have been discussing their cases together on the phone.

• Prosecutor Angela Canepa also mentioned several other parties who were involved in these phone conversations, including people who Angela Wagner had approached to request their help in passing along messages to other defendants, family members, etc.

• One of the people Prosecutor Canepa mentioned during RN's most recent hearing was Robin Wagner. Angela Canepa said the name "Robin Wagner". IIRC, the prosecutor said that Angela Wagner was unsuccessful in getting assistance from Robin Wagner.

I hope this clears things up for those who keep thinking I'm referring to Rita Newcomb (RN). A video recording of RN's recent pre-trial hearing is available on YouTube, so you might want to give it a listen.

I found out LN is CN’s father, RN’s hsb. Doesn’t say much. And people say Steven Avery’s family was “weird!”

Because by moving to revoke bond, they were able to document the details (of the W4's planned deceptions) in the official court record, code words and all.

You are a genius for thinking that. I never would have thought that but your right. This is the sure fire way they were able to get all of this documented in official court records.

They let it go on long enough to get the goods on them. #1.) Code words #2.) Angela's lawyer's theories and strategies....never underestimate Canepa is my new take-away....2 Cents

I haven't seen anything,but I believe that is the reason she isn't wearing
street clothes.My feeling was that RN or FW tried to slip a message to her in the clothes that were sent for AW.

I don't think any clothes had been sent to her at all because for some reason her lawyers are playing by the rules and not letting her wear street clothes until the Judge rules on it. By her last hearing in May he still hadn't ruled on it. Strangley, Jake wore street clothes before the Judge ruled on it, the Docket showed the ruling was after Jake had already been wearing them.

I hope to clear something up, clothes for inmates to wear to court are brought to the jail and checked in. And you have to sign your name and show your ID that you brought them. Then they are thoroughly searched, and I mean very carefully! The officer searching them has to fill out and sign a search form. Then the clothes are put in a secure area. If notes were found written on the clothes the person who brought the clothes would be barred from coming back. Then new clothes would have to be brought back in.

The jail cannot stop an inmate from wearing street clothes. You would be fired from your job if you stopped Angie from wearing street clothes. The only way to stop Angie from wearing street clothes would be for the jail to complain to the prosecution and then the prosecution writes out a Motion to the Judge explaining why Angie should not be allowed to wear street clothes.

If the jail stopped Angie from wearing street clothes without a Motion and she goes through all these court hearings dressed in jail garb, her attorneys could say she didn't get a fair trial. It's pretty serious stuff here.

My Opinion Only (from reliable professional people) but just my point of view...

AC and the special prosecutor really want the judge to crack down on AW and RN. She knows they're trying to mess up the trials. Though she didn't show it, JMO, she was upset with the judge the other day for not sending RN back to jail.

Oh yah! She can't show she's upset but, wow,
she had all this documentation and everything. She will still be on this like a cat on catnip. You can bet that the minute one of Angela's calls goes to Rita, and Rita and she start even a brief conversation, that's it.

Canepa will rush out another Motion "lickety-split" and Deering will have no choice but to revoke bond. Deering's on record that she's going to jail if it happens again. Will it happen again? That's the question now.

And so now we get to see how Deering rules on Junk's motion to suspend Angie's privilages because of the phone conversations.

Notice how extremely careful they are with Angie. The jail won't do anything against her-- it appears-- without a Motion and the Judge behind it. Seems the jail could revoke her phone calls **(they do this all the time when an inmate is on disipline) but this is a heinous 8x's capital case and all the i's are dotted, all the t's crossed.

Why do I get the feeling all Angie will get is a slap on the wrist?..

** When revoking inmate's phone privileges the jail still must allow attorney calls but staff will be right there to make sure that is what is happening.

It’s not the movie where talking about it’s how judge Deering let us down, we think that Rita should have went to jail, JMO

Yes, Robin Wagner's name was brought up by AC in court the other day as one of the parties that AW was in contact with by phone. She didn't go into a lot of detail, but I think Robin was one of the people AW was trying to relay messages through.

Yes, Betty said AC mentioned Robin Wagner. I'm not sure. The only videos I have are the ones posted on here several pages ago, the day of Rita's hearing, part 1 and part 2.

He's already in trouble in Scioto county. Have a feeling one of his charges is linked to RN's bad notary mishaps. Also, it is interesting that his was a secret indictment and involves 3 more people. JMO

It has something to do with illegal metal scrapping.

For better or worse, Hollywood and the national media don't seem interested in this story. I wish the national news media would cover it again, perhaps they will when the trials begin.
