Pike County is worse. 48 inmates listed today, 4 of which are the Wagners. Reader had double this number since the Rhoden murders. JMO on the matters.

Does LE have direct evidence on the wage that directly links them to the murders? Or is it just a bunch of stalking And a silencer and shows they probably did it?

I thought the wags committed the perfect murder

#1.) Indirect evidence is enough to convict and there's more than 2 million's worth of information relating to the evidence. Sounds like enough. The trials will show if there is direct evidence and I believe there is. Fake custody documents for one.

"...The special state prosecutor gave the defense team two terabytes of information.

The prosecutor, who calls this one of the most complex criminal cases in state history, says there are more than 2 million items on the disc. The evidence includes documents, recordings, videos, pictures, cell phone records and forensic reports..."

‘Great deal of’ evidence pushes back trial date for oldest Wagner brother

#2.) It's more than "a bunch of stalking" and a "silencer."

"..Other charges include conspiracy, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, tampering with evidence, unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance, forgery, unauthorized use of property, interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications, and aggravated burglary.."

#3.) Perfect murders? A perfect murder leaves no evidence trails.

"..The killers knew the territory
But they did not cover their tracks as well as they thought.."

"They did this.....very carefully, but not carefully enough..... "They left traces, they left a trail — the parts to build a silencer, the forged documents, the cameras, cell phones, all that they tampered with. And the lies, all the lies they told us."

Sad New Details About The Ohio Family Arrested For Murdering 8 Members Of The Rhoden Family "Execution-Style"

Eight unsolved murders in Pike County, Ohio

There were some mix ups, some other scrutinized decisions. And it was almost funny the way authorities first asked people, even those maybe involved in petty crime, to come forward. “We have made it clear that this is a murder investigation and we are after the murderers of eight people,” DeWine saidin November of 2016. Seven months before, local news reported that “Reader has mentioned the family, friends and neighbors of the Rhoden family as possibly obstructing the investigation." In January 2017, a cousin of Chris Sr., Josh Rhoden, was arrested on drug-trafficking charges, based on evidence gathered during the murder investigation.

The LE has a lot of evidence of corruption in and around Pike County JMO.

After you brought this up, I googled information about JR's 1/2017 arrest. LE found $8,000 cash, $7,700 of pills and 9 guns. LE said information leading to this arrest was indirectly from the Rhoden/G murder investigation

I had not realized this before, but Josh Rhoden and Violet Rhoden Taylor were brother and sister.

She allegedly committed suicide a year later, 1/2018

Looks like something is going on with this, if I’m right the BCI is still investigating Violet Rhodens Taylor death, JMO

Why so long for a court entry discussing RN's last hearing? I object, on behalf of me, myself and I. Lol. When is the next one?

Deering slated one more motion hearing prior to Newcomb’s scheduled four-day jury trial. On Oct. 7, Deering said he will hear arguments regarding redacted documents turned over to the defense by prosecutors.

Gerlach argued he is entitled to the complete documents in question. He also said he would like removal of a prohibition naming the documents as for attorney’s eyes only. Gerlach argued that prohibition prevents him from gaining comment on those documents from his client and possibly others.

There is very sensitive information in those GJ Documents and a gag order in place. There's a reason Deering ruled that it's for attorney's eyes only and doesn't want Rita privy to it. Problem is, if Rita reads sensitive information she will pass it to the family she CAN talk to, then you know where all the information ends up....DCJ.....o_O.....2 Cents (be interesting to see how the Judge rules on this Motion October 7)

If Judge Deering wants to see a fair trial and justice for the victims, he needs to send RN back to jail. Period.

The defense attorneys are just trying to get GJ info out to the public before the trials in hopes they can taint the jury pool.

Reason#502 why these trials need to be held elsewhere or a clean jury brought in from another county.

Hey BP please listen to part 1 of Rita’s trial starting at 1:08:00 it talks about the important box that has paperwork inside of it, the judge ask the attorney several times how he got his information about the box and the attorney lies to the the judge, he tells the judge that he find the information on a search warrant but the defense attorney and AC sat down with each other around July the 23rd she said she gave him what he had ask for then, AC said the defense attorney didn’t mention the box, the judge ask him again where had got his information he replied he read it, but AC said that Angela told Rita about the box and the paperwork on a phone call from jail. Very interesting, JMO

Yes, I recall that discussion about the box. AW would know what other papers were in the box and probably told RN what they were. I doubt there's anything else of importance to the murders, but its one more way of stirring the pot and adding a lot of irrelevant information to confuse jurors.

It probably would not be admissible evidence at trial, but the defense attorneys wanted to bring it up in pre-trial in order to get it out to the public - messing with the jury pool.

I sure hope the Judge isn't on the take too.

IMO, no the person with her isn't and wasn't an informant.

Do you have a link? Just curious. We've heard so little about this case since it was declared a "suicide".
