If that is a skylight, it isn't big enough to supply enough light for a grow operation. Look how dark it is inside from what you can see through the door. It would have to be at least as light inside as it is outside to grow plants in there. Most indoor grows use special bulbs that make plants grow faster than outside....

This video is from April 13, 2017, press conference for the first year anniversary, the link where Dewine clears the fact that there were TWO Marijuana Grow-ops, NOT THREE. In 3 locations at TWO scenes, which A. Canepa reports here as being CRSR'S and KR's. It begins at 36:01 and forward.

Little did we know that 9 days after this interview, April 22, BCI would place the tracking device on JM's red truck. Six days later, April 28, JM removed it, was arrested later, and lo and behold...next thing we know, about 14 days later, May 12, search crews blast open this case with searches at the Wagners!

JMO to anything posted without links.

Dudly, or anyone, do you know if this couple was ever convicted and served time for this? TY

Nevermind....I found my answer on the Adam's Co. Common pleas court website.

Was thinking maybe the truck is there to stop it from tipping over, and it's already creased the driver's door.

The box makes me think of the containers used to ship ATVs, motorcycles lawn tractors, etc., but it looks awfully tall and they're usually just covered with cardboard or shrink wrap. It appears more solid than that. Those black bands are too wide as well. It's something more substantial.

I had not, after all this time, ever noticed the "item". I had to blow it up screen size, and slow the vid down, to be able to get a look. It's definitely interesting.

It looks like a tar paper patch to me.

I agree with you 100%.
Did you know that in WW2 the NAZI SS had trouble with their soldiers that acted as executioners? It seems that, even to these hardened killers, Murder of the helpless is disturbing and causes mental problems. I am amazed that one of the killers has not cracked up by now. The families knew each other. Socialized together and had common kin. There is no hint that they had killed before. Most people in that situation would be a basket case by now. Strange.

IMO

If you go to this camp ground you will see the intricate work Chris Rhoden did on building the kid's playground and all the details in it.

Big Bear Lake Family Resort - Photos

Also you would see all the decks, docks, dock platforms and lots of steps and railings, cabins, ramps, etc...he has built. He built things there for years. All great craftmanship of high lasting quality. Or ask JRW, owner and employer and good friend of Chris.

"...For Tony Rhoden, this is what’s left of his family homestead, a testament to a lifetime of hardship and heartbreak. It symbolizes all the homes and the properties where his dad Clarence Rhoden planted apple, peach and pear trees and sowed crops each spring to feed his family when the asphalt company layoff came before Thanksgiving, as it did every year. Where he and his brothers hunted squirrel, rabbit and deer. Where they, too, taught their sons to kill not for sport, but for survival..."

Who do you think will be the first to take a plea deal if Rita Newcomb is convicted this month?

  • #1,176
One thing we DO know. At least none of the victims were "Master Minds" at premeditated, cold, horrendous murder. May the killers receive absolutely NO mercy in what they have done. My
opinion!
---------------------------

Defense attorney pushes to move Rhoden family murder trial

"Collins said investigators have labeled his client the mastermind of the murder plot but said Wagner has a seventh-grade education and no serious criminal history."

I thought Rita the most likely to plea. The others based on how the first Wagner trial goes.

It appears to me from Rita's Court Hearing
that the Custody Documents were found in a box in Angela's house, downloaded from a Texas Website. There are no articles, Discovery, or Court records so far to show the Documents were actually filed. There are forged Custody Documents listed in the indictment but nothing is said about forged Documents being filed with the Court.

Were they notarized but not filed? If not filed how can it be a crime? You would literally have to go to Court and officially present/file them somewhere.

Where would a person put forged Custody Documents to make it official? Jake did not need the Custody Documents to get Sophia, so he didn't need to file them. Is this why Rita thinks she can win at trial?

Just mulling things over  trial starts in only 2 weeks....

IMO, they were filed. With Judge Rosenberger.

Suspect in killings of daughter's mother and family sought custody just 6 days after the murders

He was granted temporary custody of Sophia on May 4, 2016, in what the judge said was the "best interests of the child."
