So who ever told the BCI about something hidden on Flying F Farm didn’t know the
Exact location because their going to be looking for a week, god I hope it’s not another body.

So... I don’t know much about warrants etc. If they find something... do they keep it silent until trial or do they release what they found? Also, if it implicates someone, do they arrest them right away? Do they disclose who gave them info?
If someone cracked, will we know who right away?
Sorry for so many questions...
Thanks!

I
In other NEWS......RN's case shows a new subpoena issued for Bruce Dailey, a former attorney in Waverly who just happened to have gotten his degree in Texas, and lived there at several points. I say "former" because...as of 11/5/19 Bruce Russell Dailey....Administrative Actions, Ohio State Supreme Court, Pike County...."

Link won't post.

JMO, involved in RN case of forgery, in some way.
Elder and estate law maybe. Imo

I agree also. I don't think it has anything to do with SM.

Neither do I. Just an attempt at distraction from what's really happening, IMO.

For those of us who are not local, if anyone near the area sees a story on your news at 11pm, please update us. TIA

Wow, thanks for that info! Could it be that giving FW some rope finally produced results?

Should we be checking the local jail rosters? Where did they house her before?

They were both incarcerated in the Pickaway County Jail

Cautiously optimistic, but this is really possible. Having searched FWF before, LE would have to give a judge a really good reason for a second search warrant, especially for a whole week. FW would have had her attorney fighting it, too.

Reporting from Flying W Farms tonight a reporter said this isn't the first search of Fred's place because he was at Flying W Farms in August of 2018 when he saw BCI Units leaving Flying W Farms. So that is confirmation that this is now the 3rd search, the first in May 2017.

IANAL, but at this stage, with pretrial hearings moving on towards trial dates, prosecution probably won't reveal anything until they have to. Making that info public now would allow defense attorneys to claim it's prejudicial against their client, tainting the jury pool, etc. LE knows the public doesn't need to know this information until trials begin. If they plan to use it as evidence in one or more of the trials, they will have to reveal the info in discovery, pretty sure.

Another theory - and this is "out there". What if some important evidence from the murders was hidden in a house or a farm bldg, etc. When LE turned their attention to the W's they decided to find a better hiding place. If someone passed away around that time, could they have possibly buried it along with the deceased person?

JMO, I'll never understand the 4W's keeping so much evidence around after committing their crimes. After the murders, most of us speculated that the guns, clothes, cell phones, etc were quickly sent to the bottom of the Ohio or another large river nearby.

Bruce Dailey. Might be elder/estate attorney. She cares for elderly mother, correct? So maybe to do with her need for RN's help. Just my guess.

The gag order was cited in one of the articles released today as being the reason for not much info about the ongoing search.

Yes, that would explain it.

Someone out there is probably mad as a wet hen this week.

I scanned every channel I get, except they took WBNS 10 away from us. Not a peep anywhere out of five channels, have to give them all time to update their web pages, they normally wait until after the broadcast. Don't think we'll hear much new, maybe they'll report the date and time the search ends, and that's about it.

I have a legal question(s) that maybe someone can answer regarding search warrants. Does the property owner have to be notified of a warrant to search their property/or shown a warrant in person? Or does LE have the right to go ahead and search if you're unreachable?
