I think you are right!Unless...someone cracked.

Elder and estate law maybe. ImoIn other NEWS......RN's case shows a new subpoena issued for Bruce Dailey, a former attorney in Waverly who just happened to have gotten his degree in Texas, and lived there at several points. I say "former" because...as of 11/5/19 Bruce Russell Dailey....Administrative Actions, Ohio State Supreme Court, Pike County...."

JMO, involved in RN case of forgery, in some way.
I agree also. I don't think it has anything to do with SM.

IIRC, that date was continued. Here’s a thought, Rita Newcomb is scheduled to go on trial 11-18-2019 maybe she took a plea deal, JMO
For those of us who are not local, if anyone near the area sees a story on your news at 11pm, please update us. TIA

Wow, thanks for that info! Could it be that giving FW some rope finally produced results?
Should we be checking the local jail rosters? Where did they house her before?
Cautiously optimistic, but this is really possible. Having searched FWF before, LE would have to give a judge a really good reason for a second search warrant, especially for a whole week. FW would have had her attorney fighting it, too.
So... I don’t know much about warrants etc. If they find something... do they keep it silent until trial or do they release what they found? Also, if it implicates someone, do they arrest them right away? Do they disclose who gave them info?
If someone cracked, will we know who right away?
Sorry for so many questions...
Thanks!
Bruce Dailey. Might be elder/estate attorney. She cares for elderly mother, correct? So maybe to do with her need for RN's help. Just my guess.Huh?
Sorry JBB. Youre right. I stand corrected. There have been so many continuances that I was confused.Rita Newcomb is scheduled for court on 11-18-2019 at 8:30am according to Pike County court dockets.

The gag order was cited in one of the articles released today as being the reason for not much info about the ongoing search.
I have a legal question(s) that maybe someone can answer regarding search warrants. Does the property owner have to be notified of a warrant to search their property/or shown a warrant in person? Or does LE have the right to go ahead and search if you're unreachable?Yes, that would explain it.
Someone out there is probably mad as a wet hen this week.
