I wonder if Fredericka thinks Billy & his sons are innocent now? Looks like Hanna May is still sanding up agains the Wagners, rest in piece Rhodens and Hannah G.

BBM, I mostly agree with your opinion but I believe the forged document has to be presented in a manner to someone that it is an original. It doesn’t necessarily need to be recorded as an authentic original, but must be offered, stated or presented to be an original to the receiver of the document for it to be considered forgery. Fake IDs are not recorded but are exhibited to another as an authentic ID. JMOO

ETA: If the document is not presented to be authentic then there is no criminal intent.

You're right, that may fall under the definition of intent. There are probably other acts defined as showing intent relating to forgery. Here's a link that explains the definition of fraudulent intent (forgery is a form of fraud) under federal law

949. Proof of Fraudulent Intent

Intent can be proven by indirect evidence. It can be inferred from statements and conduct.

With the custody battles ongoing in RN's family, the subsequent murder of the victim and JW later getting custody of his child with Hanna, that sounds pretty good as far as intent goes. RN's daughter and family are accused of murdering 8 people over a custody battle. They'll have no problem proving intent.

Thanks! I'm guessing they're looking for weapons, ammo, electronics, etc.

Yes! We know now one thing for sure,
they are looking for those things! Anything a metal detector can get, spent bullets....etc....

They've searched that farm before. They could have gone out to search it again this past summer, when the weather was more favorable. Searching it now - they just had to have gotten new information about something out there. Can't think of any other reason why they would go out there again.

It wont let me post the link, but you can Google Bruce Russell Dailey, Supreme Court of Ohio Administrative actions November 5, 2019. Scroll down to Pike county.

Also this link is interesting

Dailey v. Uhrig
Wow, this should be interesting. Can't wait to see him in the courtroom.

Yes. Something happened. I really think by now, behind the scenes where we can't see of course, there would have to be people by now who are giving out information. Remember they always kept saying someone out in the community knows something?

I think they got a tip or tips that are credible. There just are too many people involved (see discovery list) for someone not to talk. This is just one of my thoughts on it.

But I do honestly believe it's not just a "lets do this again for no reason" type thing. There is a specific reason. I hope they find "it." Wow, I really hope they find it.

If you enlarge the video you can see the guy on the left carrying a metal detector and the guy on the right has what looks like a mesh type bag to put things in. Or maybe it's rope? I assume a bag for evidence is a must have.

I'm thinking metal objects also. But cant rule out looking for a missing person perhaps, but I could be wrong.

The new motion granted to have professional non counsel persons on the defense team to visit GWIV gives me pause. He was already granted experts in mitigation and investigation. Just seems to be extra.

ETA my opinion.

The guy in the middle pointed them in the direction of the trees, or so it seems. I wonder how much of the farm they're trying to cover.

Sorry I know I'm late to this but...WHHHAAAAT!!? What is going on? One question pops to mind. Is this where the grandfather W is buried?

Don't feel badly, SR. I'm late too! Just trying to piece things together.

We really didn't hear about the last "piece" of the puzzle until the press conference after the Arrests almost a year ago.
True, but we heard about shortly after they found that piece. The "important stuff" bucket, for example, we did not.

A heck of a lot!
This is at least a 4 day search and with all these agencies searching this is probably one of the biggest searches ever done in this County at a private residence.
Also they secured the property. No one comes in for any business dealings or visits. I sopose Fred and Robin can leave if nessessary.
