I'm thinking metal objects also. But cant rule out looking for a missing person perhaps, but I could be wrong.

The new motion granted to have professional non counsel persons on the defense team to visit GWIV gives me pause. He was already granted experts in mitigation and investigation. Just seems to be extra.

ETA my opinion.

Maybe George IV is a demanding kind of client who likes regular visits for no particular reasons. Lawyers just want to send lackies in their stead?

If it was for evidence they'd be towing them, not letting people inside them. Maybe there are not the W's, maybe unmarkned LE cars bringing out evidence?

Why would BCI be searching a cemetery? If they needed to bury evidence, they could have done that anywhere on the Flying W property, thrown it into a pond or down an old well.

ETA: If they're going to be searching there til the end of this week, it sounds like a fairly open-ended search warrant. There are a lot of places to search over a week's time.

This is just a theory but Bob died AFTER the murders, wonder if he has a few extra things padding his coffin? Would be a great place to hide. I have no links, it was just my theory.

Yes, I'm trying to remember a case where this kind of evidence was used. It's been a couple years since I read about it, but there was a rather (older) well known murder case where LE retrieved ammunition from a place where the killer practiced target shooting. So, there's a precedent for using that kind of evidence if needed.

I was wondering the same thing, that night after the burial, they dug back into the grave and hid all the evidence.

Eagerly awaiting new charges and mug shot for Queen of the Damned FW. I was very happy to see the new search taking place. Couldn't happen to a more deserving person. These people are a stain. I hope that when the guilty verdict is read in each case that Charlie Reader is sitting there to see it.

An article earlier said they will go through at least Thursday....

WLWT investigator Todd Dykes spoke to Wagner's daughter who said the Flying W farm was closed Thursday but that her mother was home during the search. Wagner's daughter also said her entire family is innocent.

In the video it looks like they are seeking specific spots, they weren't scanning the entire field at that time. Or they could be starting a grid in one corner. Should probably scan the every square foot, and dig everything that peeps boys!

Maybe someone told them to keep looking, or places to look? I don't think they're fishing, and I guess the judge that issued the warrant didn't either.
I think wells have been a favorite drop spot forever, many stories.
