Where did you find this info?

This is very interesting!
It's in GW3 Discovery I have it but can't get it to download  I will search the media timeline and elsewhere for it.
It is the Discovery that also lists something about BBL (Big Bear Lake)...Doesn't say what.
Here are 2 articles mentioning it:

Included in the evidence list in Billy Wagner's case is an entry named "Custody Messages (1 excel sheet with 519 entries)."

The discovery also includes a spreadsheet of messages related to custody and Facebook screen grabs.

No, I have not told Sophia her mommy was killed/murdered. That would be too much for her to handle right now," he wrote in an email to The Enquirer last month. “She knows her mommy is visiting with Jesus and lives in her heart whenever she needs her.
“I did this for her best interest," he wrote
Jake and Angela like to smirk/smile every chance they can in front of the cameras, somehow IMO I think they have been play games with everyone, like the post that Jake said he hasn’t told SW her mother is dead but at the end of it he makes a little remark, I did this for her best interest,
Wonder what he really meant by that?

Rent is very expensive in Alaska, and from AW old Facebook post they got good deal on the home she rented in Alaska, IMO just think if BCI was renting the house from the land owner and re-rented it to the Wagners under a false name, the BCI could had any kind of surveillance system they wanted in the Wagners home when they moved in, also there is no information about Jakes and Elizabeth wedding, how long was the two married before coming back to Ohio? Anyone know anything.

Jake's wife EW said in a YouTube video they married in March 2018, and she also lost the baby.
According to the article linked above (mentioned earlier in the article, before the portion quoted above):

During the spring of 2017, they vacationed in Alaska while authorities in Ohio searched their farmhouse, news reports said at the time.

Then they sold the farm, packed their belongings into a horse trailer and flatbed truck and drove north, moving into a into a double-wide trailer converted into a larger home on Melody Lane, a rural road off the Kenai Spur Highway north of town. (italicized and underscored by me)

This sounds to me as though the W4 made TWO trips to Alaska in 2017, but maybe I'm misunderstanding it.

Absolutely they did. This is what I have always believed. Based on this SM article and other facts. JMO

According to AW's discovery, there are audio interviews listed from 2016 for AW and BW, which would have been before they left for Alaska.

Yes, 2016 interviews they were still on Ohio. JMO

I could not agree more....

I disagree that the Brown's were "tipped off." I think it was past time for the Wagners to be out of the Peterson Rd. address, plus they had been watched 24/7 since shortly after the murders. LE knew their every move. IMO, LE carefully chose every day and time for every action. The Grand Finale was the 4 arrests within 6 minutes. All JMO

Being "bugged" requires a court order that the judge signs off on, specifically a wiretap warrant, but there are ways they can monitor you without one.

8 Ways Police Can Spy on You Without a Warrant – Alternet.org

How they do it and what the law says:

1. Phone Records: Who You Called, When You Call
2. Location Data: Your phone is a tracker
3. IP Addresses: What computers you use
4. Emails: Messages you sent months ago
5. Email drafts: drafts are different
6.Text messages: As with emails, so with texts
7. Cloud data: documents, photos, and other stuff stored online
8. Social media: The new privacy frontier

I don't think a court order would have been a problem at this time for whatever investigators needed. JMO

What you just said made me think Who tip the Wagners off that the farms where going to be searched, Jake didn’t take all that stuff to Mr Browns car lot just because he didn’t have room for it, FW was tipped off about the searchers, JMO

I'm not suggesting the Brown's were tipped off. I think maybe the W's were tipped off.

There isn't any proof that the W's ever took their belongings to FW's and then moved them to the Brown's. If so, please post link.

Thank you OB. However, the first part of this is a repeat of JW's Discovery of 12/18/18.

BW's begins with Discovery Folder (1-17-19)

@Cool Cats, the second part is what I recently referenced in a post as "pings"..
"Billy's cell tower records"

I know you suggested FW was tipped off. Very possible since she pays everyone everywhere to keep her informed, but doubt it happened here. I think FW can kiss her informants goodbye at this point in time. Hopefully they will have more sense and turn on her. All opinion.

Does anyone besides me continue to watch what is happening in Pike and surrounding counties on a daily basis? Perhaps not, since we know the murderers are behind bars. But I still watch. And learn. Wow, do I learn.

BW's January Discovery
This is it! Has Big Bear Lake (1 excel sheet) and Custody Messages (1 excel sheet with 519 entries)
Really appreciate it because I seem to have accidentally deleted it.

So you can see Angela did most of the Walmart shopping. Her discovery lists several Walmarts she went to with receipts and photos, but
GW 3's discovery only shows him being at Walmart once.

GW3:
4 photos 1 page of receipts (4-7-16) Probably Waverly Walmart because it's the same date as Angela's Waverly Walmart shopping trip.

Angie:

5 Images and receipts (4-7-16)
Walmart - Waverly, OH

Images (4-2-16) (4-15-16) (4-21-16)
Walmart - Coshocton, OH

4 Images and receipts
Walmart - Heath, OH

8 Images
Walmart - New Boston, OH

7 Images
Walmart - Newark, OH

The Ford Excursion search was 5-18-17

but Jake's truck search wasn't until 1-17-19

I wonder if the discrepancy is because they couldn't locate it. Shows they were still working on the case after arrests and now of course, with the recent FWF search.

Not the Browns tipped off, I think the Wagners had found out about the Wagners lands where going to be searched, that is why Jake to their belongings to the Browns property, JMO

PS - My initial attempt in the research above was to put together a W4 timeline after they sold the Peterson property. Notice after that old post I was never able to cobble together that timeline. There was inconsistent and spotty MSM reporting during that time.

As I reread it reminded me of one of Dewines comments referring to the agencies involved in the investigation.

November 13, 2018
At a press conference in Ohio Tuesday, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said the investigation team traveled thousands of miles to ten separate states as a direct result of this investigation. “That includes some very significant time in Alaska,” he said.

Kenai residents resting easy after Wagner family arrest

I'm very curious to find out all of the reasons they moved to AK, and add to that
What the heck were they doing up there for 11 months...

JMO - but we get a lot of those "end of the roaders" here - people who think they can live off the land and not have to deal with normal life. Little bit tough with long cold seasons - hard to grow enough food to feed yourself & livestock for six months of frozen ground.

IMO the W4 thought they could make it sponging off their friends who have a relatively small but very committed church community, as well as hoping for the annual permanent fund dividend (PFD). The PFD may sound huge to folks in the "Lower 48" but it's only about a $1000 (in a good year) which might cover half a month's rent in some towns here. Plus you have to put in the whole year just to qualify! and they didn't even stay for that long.

If they were hard workers they could have picked up seasonal labor or even fishing jobs where the work is really hard for the money ... but the W4 don't impress me as go-getter hard-worker types.

If they didn't give as much as they got from their friends' church community, and my impression (IMO from talking to a church member) is they didn't give wholeheartedly ---- well, that support probably didn't pan out - MOO.

Good scenario that BCI got to be the landlord of the house that they rented - wow - that's a pretty good trick in their repertoire.

As far as the wedding - marriage certificates are not available to the public from the State of Alaska department of vital statistics - your only hope is if the church or the couple posted the wedding on FB or other social media.

I also suspect Fred was helping them out financially, but finally cut them off.

I've never understood why BW, AW and sons hitched up with another church when Fred W had her own church on the property. Was there some connection between the Flying W Farms church and the one in AK? With the preacher in Ohio related to the preacher in AK?

Loomis
Am I right saying that those documents about the 500 text in excel spreadsheet was found at Big Bear Lake, or am I wrong?

‘I guess I always assumed that the spreadsheet in Discovery was a compilation of the texts taken from phone(s)by BCI. It never occurred to me that W4 may have kept it. You could be right but why would W4 do that? Sorry if I misunderstood the question. I’m just trying to understand all phases of this crime. Praying for justice for R/G/M families.
