Well, two thoughts here--neither of them charitable--A. Not sure I believe anything from JW/AW; and B. If they truly were getting death threats, I sure wouldn't feel sorry for them IMO

We have talked alot about how we can't believe anything Jake and Angela told Chris Graves in their Cincinnati Enquirer e-mails to her. I got the death threat quote from the Daily Mail and of course we can't believe anything they said to that publication either.

There was no reason for them to get any death threats because they were not really suspected that strongly until 2 things happened:

1.) searches
2.) laser focus.

They left the area BEFORE the searches and moved to AK BEFORE the laser focus announcement so I do not believe they left because of death threats.
I think it is BS from Angela and Jake for sympathy.

KR2 was still Facebooking Jake and trying to stay in his good graces for S's sake and I think Jake/Angie's public statements were meant for the families to hear. To BS the families.

All just my opinion only.

I agree it is very strange and am trying to not get my hopes up. But, I had the same "something is up" feeling with RN and the last minute postponement, the video of her very apparently anxious while waiting in the hall outside the courtroom. then sure enough, she changed her plea. I really pray for all the loved ones of the Rhoden/Manley/Gilley families that my intuition is correct on GW4's very changed physical appearance (mainly the obvious weight loss) and no new hearings scheduled since 1/21/2020--well before the COVID-19 pandemic began to stall other W4 hearings--as being a glimmer of hope that there will be a change in plea in his case. Keeping my fingers crossed, IMO

I'm talking about this video clip you mention about Rita in the court hallway. If the clip isn't around anymore that's ok! Just wondering if it's out there ....

I watched it live that day, through one of the local news stations, possibly the one with Angenette Levy. As usual, the camera was showing the empty courtroom while the lawyers and judge were off camera. After quite a while, the camera changed to a hallway outside the courtroom where RN was waiting, sitting on a bench. She was very, very nervous, wringing her hands, etc. As I recall, she was eventually taken into a room. Not long after that everyone went into the courtroom and the hearing started, and she officially entered her plea of guilty to obstructing official business.

I've checked a couple YouTube videos from that day, 11/18/19. RN is wearing a white sweater over a light green top. The videos I've looked at are all just a few minutes long and only show the time in the courtroom right before the Judge entered the room. I didn't see any that contained the preliminary footage before the hearing actually began. Sorry

The only "evil" comment I recall ever hearing was possibly an incident when DR referred to the W4 family as "evil ones" right before the murders occurred (maybe even the night of the murders when she worked a double shift???). If I'm wrong on that, someone please correct me. IMO, the W4 wouldn't be in fear of the evil people because they WERE the evil people.

Also IMO, the W4 were only hiding from LE. I think the W4 were realizing that LE was starting to suspect them as the murderers. Again, JMO

You're correct, IIRC, it was DR that feared the "evil one/people". What I suggested was the evil people DR was referring to might not have been the W4.

I think the W4 caught them all very off guard the night of the murders.

so, would this be the same source (the Motel or Inn) for the Tattoo Release form, meaning can we surmise the tattoo was done at approximately that time frame?

I think all we can assume is the tattoo release was signed before 3/20/19 - the court date on Angela's Discovery. Must have also been before their arrests on 11/13/2018.

There was a date in the Discovery re: Jackson Days Inn receipt of 6/8/2017.

Looking at the Discovery document above, I don't think the Days Inn stay and the Tattoo release are directly related time wise.

PS - need to correct my prior post. The motel receipt was from the Jackson Days Inn, not the RR Inn.

Ok, I finally got to watch the video. WTH? Murder for hire, with Charlie, his brother and another deputy the target, involving one of the County Commissioners? Part of the file is now missing and BCI and Junk both say they don't have any copies, even though some of the file was sent to them?

Who was Charlie looking for on Montgomery's land? And this is all connected somehow to the Rhoden murders?

I'm not clear on whether the guy breaking into the impound lot was just looking to get his own truck or if something else was going on. He doesn't look like he's got it together very well. Assume drug addiction. When he was arrested for breaking into the impound lot, did he suddenly start talking about this? Why has Charlie Reader never mentioned being a target of this murder for hire guy? Was he not aware of it?

This is getting really bizarre. DeWine better get back down there.

They're allegations for now. It will be interesting to see the evidence and hear details. The shooting was real enough.

This covers many puzzle pieces we've discussed over the years, including the Drug Task Force out of Ross County. Maybe some of these pieces will fit together. Who knows? We'll have to wait for more details and verification.

I have been reading for the last couple of years Deb's threats against Reader and Savage on her Facebook and people telling her to be careful of what she is saying. She called Reader and his officers a squirrel squad/patrol (something like that) and she would post photos of squirrels and Reader's face and say she was going to be shooting some squirrles.
She also posted about contacting Reader to try to get him to meet her eye to eye on Beavers Ridge so she could talk to him FACE to FACE but she says he refused.

She says LE planted false Rhoden crime evidence in her fire pit, half of a necklace belonging to Kenneth Rhoden and the Rhoden family Bible.

She accused Reader and his LE officers of being corrupt and said Reader was a canine dog handler and that was how the killers could have got past the Rhoden dogs.

She holds it against Reader for her being arrested and jailed for a period of time for stealing from her mother' estate amongst other things. Very bad blood.

This is just some highlights from her facebook.

She erased it now. Now I see why. Well I copied some of it, which is where I am quoting from.

Those seem to be charges related to him breaking into the impound lot to get his truck. I'm going to wait til I see what other news media reports and what other evidence shows up. In a way, this seems to exonerate Sheriff Reader. Is this the undercurrent of other stuff happening in relation to the murders? Is this FW putting a lot of rumor out in the news media to damage the prosecution's case and get her foul, demented offspring released?

Let's see if other news media picks up this story.

JMO, I can't see the tweaker who has been arrested and the middle aged woman druggie being capable of pulling off the murder of 8 people. Just sayin'.
