The Defense is trying to force the evidence to be on trial before the trials start. What is their objective? Trying to find out if they have a snowball's chance of winning? Trying to taint the jury pool? Trying to discredit the evidence? They have an agenda...

Yes! There is an agenda because it forces the prosecution to reveal some of it's hand.
It also gets out to the prospective jurors what the defense wants them to think, that the State has a weak case.

And yes they want to discredit and get thrown out as much evidence as possible including shoe print expert's testimony linking the Walmart shoe(s) to the bloody shoeprint(s), and to throw out the ballistic evidence linking crime scene shell casings to the Wagner property shell casings.

The defense says the State does not have the gun used in the murders but the prosecution does not need the gun! They have casings and a silencer.....My take on it.

Look over this Discovery dated 6/14/2019, IIRC this identical Discovery was filed for all of the W4.

The Discovery is full of DNA and Firearms. Look particularly at the dates. Some dates were in the fall of 2017, when they were in AK. Many were in also in May 2017 as they ran from Pike County. Some from the first days of the murder investigation. There are also a number of dates July/Aug of 2018, when we presume they came back to Ohio.

Caveat is, the Discovery does not designate the exact location this evidence came from.

Could this be the Discovery Billy's attorneys said they don't have yet? I think they mentioned a June date (last week in court). Will have to go back and listen.

Could Billy and Chris Sr. have been trading in firearms, or trading them for drugs to sell? There's an awful lot of images of firearms listed here! IDK, but surely we can do better at figuring out what the other motive was. IMO, it isn't going to hurt to discuss it, because the suspects are in custody.

On that property, the W4 were storing the trailers and vehicles (packed with their most precious belongings) that were soon taken to AK. Well, minus the evidence LE collected from there.

By far, the largest amount of evidence collected on the 41 searches was one single line item, 802 pages indexed as "Miscellaneous Documents".

Really, 802 pages? I wonder what the documents were and if they might have been notarized?

There were a total of 12 pages of other evidence, 188 pictures, and 802 Miscellaneous pages of Documents.

JMO, Idon't know any specifics from the Wagner Trailer search 4-15-18. Would be interesting though to know where the trailer was searched. IIRC, it was right around the time they ran from AK.

I am looking for reasons to find them innocent but can't find any.

The murders happened just a few days after HR gets home from the hospital which glaringly makes it look like they were lying in wait for her, that the motive is about getting her out of the way for custody.

The murders happened right after demands were made for HR to sign over custody, after arguments with her family, and after violent acts.

The murders happened after custody documents were forged that blatantly highlight HR's death.

The murders happened after 519 custody messages were typed on at least one Wagner computer, leaving a digital trail.

Matching casings were found.
At least one bloody shoeprint was found.
A shoe receipt was found.
Angela is captured on surveillance video shopping for the shoes.
The Wagner's bought ammunition and supplies for brass catchers and silencers.
A silencer (maglite) was found in their well.

If guilty, which seems more and more apparent, then these people must be the most narcissistic and arrogant criminals that Ohio LE has ever had to deal with. Mentally ill with delusions of grandeur possessing the most bizarre thought processes known to man. Completely impossible for normal people to figure out or make sense of......2 Cents......

It is just my guess that the custody messages were found through e-mail on at least one Wagner computer/laptop/tablet, but it is possible LE found the custody messages on one or more of the Wagner's phones via text messaging. It is also possible that LE found the messages written on paper.
Or LE found some custody messages on their phones and some custody messages on their computers.

It's possible some of the custody messages were e-mails or texts sent to HR.

YES. Although being on Ohio death row is completely different and 10 X's worse than being in general population. But LWOP will put them in a maximum security prison which is the next worse thing.

Also, it's not so much the conditions as it is about being separated from the children, extended family, gardening, hunting, 4 wheeling, motor cycling, favorite foods, GW4's video games, sleeping in their own beds. Oh, and separated from each other. They would be lucky to be able to write letters back and forth.

People do not realize how hideous prison is and that maximum security is the worst place to be outside of death row and the segregation unit. And if found guilty of multiple murders with aggravating circumstances, they will get classified for maximum security, no doubt.

Those defense attorneys that ask for bond knowing good and well that those Wagners are charged in a capital murder case can’t get bond they put that crap in Billy’s And George iv, head trying to make the look crazy for their case, JMO

The prosecution will fight bail tooth and nail. I predict a no bail judgment with a capital NO .. !!
For both Billy and GW4.

Is the Wagners charged with Capital murders or Felony murders?

Both! They are charged with felony murders that include aggravating circumstances, thus, the aggravating circumstances make the murders into capital murders.

3 of their aggravating circumstances are:

Being in possession of a dangerous ordinance which are the silencers, using automatic weapons, and committing murders while committing felony burglary. And no doubt there are more aggravating circumstances.
