I'm wondering if the person(s) who heard Jake say he was going to kill Hanna will be called to testify at the trial. If so, I hope they are protected.

I also thought it was interesting the relative said Jake was furious at Hanna because (at some point after moving home) she wasn't allowing him to see S. We really don't know because the people who would know firsthand are either deceased or incarcerated on murder charges. I wonder what occurred between Jake and Hanna for her to take such a drastic step. It makes the whole "I went over there to help her put the crib together" sound even more suspicious.

Was Jake in any of the photos taken at the hospital when Hanna had K.?

It's possible she stopped visitation at some point for fear of him becoming violent with her again.

Like for instance she finds out the new baby isn’t Jakes, tells him. He flips, she stops visitation.

No. This all happened very very quick. It was in and out as quickly as possible. DeWine said they did this quickly, coldly and calmly. They ran across Dana who was maybe on her feet and quickly, and likely in the dark, subdued her by shooting her under the chin then did the 4 shots on the right side of her head. No time for torture or what some say on here -- a taunting of letting the victim's know what was happening.
Only Chris Senior was alive long enough to knows the danger. It's been over 4 years and this is my conclusion after over 4 years. I believe quick in and out murder was the objective, not drawn out drama and torture. Show me something that shows otherwise. Nothing at all in over 4 years points to torture or anything drawn out other than Chris Sr.
OK, Got it. Facts and evidence all laid out here.

Paternity test wasn't done until after the birth of the baby, after Hanna was killed.

Pike County: ‘That’s all we’ve got left. Just those kids.’

From what the Wagner relative said, he was just angry about her cutting off visitation. JMO, he probably got violent and angry because she was moving on with her life, seeing other young men. He was obviously a very jealous and pathologically possessive person. She said Billy was the same way with AW and the sons.

ETA: Based on some of the new information from friends and relatives quoted in the podcast linked above, the Wagner's attorneys have a lot of work ahead of them. Some should think about giving up and cutting a deal. JMO

Is it possible Hanna and Jake knew for a fact the baby wasn't his anyway? I mean maybe they weren't having those kind of relations around the time she got pregnant and he just said it was a possibility later to throw suspicions off himself? Idk just a thought.

As you mentioned, I also wonder if the person who heard Jake say he wanted to kill Hanna is someone who will be asked to testify to that. If so, it would be up to the jury to decide if this person is believable. But if you add other people testifying to that specifically, and then add in the emails from Hanna saying he was violent, all that adds up to be very incriminating and gives the jury what it has to have, motive.

You also mentioned that you hope they are protected if they testify. Do you think there is someone else besides the 4 Wagners that the witness would need to be protected from? I mean the 4 Wagners are behind bars and would have to use someone else to get revenge on witnesses.

Just expanding a bit here on your comments I find this very interesting.

Wagner Relative:

Angela sweet lady helped people out.

But the Wagner relative and her family thought there was something off about Billy. Could never connect with him. Everyone knew there was something strange about him like he was a very cold and hateful person and rough around the edges.

Before and right after all this happened he was just very controlling, Angela was afraid of him, extremely afraid of him as were the boys. Now their oldest son George him and his dad they were kinda like the same. I don't believe they are good people at all.

Angela was afraid to leave him, she was terrified if she did try to leave that he would find her cause he made that very clear from what I've heard and what her father said on multiple occasions "your not gonna leave."

There were local rumors about "shady" business practices done at FWF.

A lady (Barbara ?) says:

Fred did everything she could to keep the family from being guilty, being arrested. When all this came out it's like I could see beneath the surface I could see her heart you could see what Fred is really like,

"when I look at her I see evil."

Goes along with what AC said. Billy was the mastermind of the whole thing.

Just as I have always said. Jake is your everyday domestic abuser who couldn't allow the woman he groomed from the age of 13 to walk away from him. He's a loser, a pedophile, an abuser, and a killer.

I have always said George went along with all of it to please his daddy Billy. That's the only motive that I can find to explain why George got involved in his brother's custody battle. Wasn't his ex and wasn't his kid so he didn't have a dog in that hunt at all. But he was so afraid of Daddy Billy that he risked his custody of his own son. I have said it before and will say it again. George will roll over on the others eventually now that he is out from under Billy's thumb and has nothing to fear from him anymore. Neither does Angie for that matter. But Jake won't roll. That's because Jake manipulated Billy and the others into getting his revenge against Hannah because she dared to leave his sorry loser butt.

ETA you can see how pleased Jake is with how everything went down every time you see his smiling face in court.

It begs the question, if Hannah wasn't allowing him visitation how did he end up with SW the day after the murders?

I'm not too concerned about what the jury will believe. There will be multiple sources of evidence for the violent behavior of Jake towards Hanna. Probably emails, texts and more than a few witnesses. As close as she was to Kendra and some other young ladies, she probably shared that information with them when she broke up with Jake and moved home. JMO

So since I listen to BP radio post I do believe George 4th was one of the shooters, just to prove he should be next to be in charge of the family, JMO

Very possible. I don't know that anything said by JW after the murders can be taken as fact. There is no one left alive to dispute what he says. MOO...

Wasn't there mention of texts or e-mails that talked about physical abuse in a court appearance? My opinion only.

You were right! Does sound like GW 4 was doing it all for Daddy's approval and also I think to prove his enmeshed family loyalty.

I don't remember AC saying Billy is the mastermind but his attorney Collins said it. I was looking for that article and instead found this one that is interesting because it sounds like not only is Billy's attorney going to have his trial moved, but it sounds like he wants the jury to walk through the trailers.

Three Rhoden suspects appear in Pike Co. court - Times Gazette

Collins promised that at the appropriate time he will make a motion for a change of venue, moving his client’s trial out of Pike County. Collins did not indicate when the “appropriate time” might be. Defense attorneys also proffered motions to allow what Collins termed “jury views” of alleged crime sites, to include mobile home units where some of the murders took place, units now moved from their original locations and stored by law enforcement.

This article mentions Angie being the mastermind:

Judge gives grandmother a break on bail violation in Pike County massacre case

But in June, the jail phone conversations turned to discussions about their criminal cases and Angela gave her mother instructions, Canepa said as she summarized the calls.

Angela tells Rita not to testify against them, that she doesn’t have to if she doesn’t want to.
Angela gives her buzz words to use if she testifies at trial that will work to explain the custody documents that were found in a plastic tub belonging to Angela marked “Important Stuff.”

Angela is believed to be the mastermind of the conspiracy.

I’ve got another question for you Sluthers, does anyone got proof that Hannah Gilley and the Wagners had any disagreement or fallen outs?

Sadly, I think she was there at the wrong place at the wrong time. Basically meaning, that she was there, so she had to be killed because she would of been a witness and able to identify the killers etc, so according to the killers, she had to die
