im really surprised Dana's Facebook account is still open and not been closed by Facebook or members of her family. Same with the Wagner's as well. to get a sense of the layout of Dana's house, she has pictures of the inside of her home on her Facebook and even a couple pictures of her son, Chris Jr, cleaning the ceiling fan it looks like

Was Dana shot under the chin or was she shot in the neck, I have read 2 different reports???? I wonder if Jake has always been a weasel all his life and connived and stolen things like Keys from the time he stayed all night with Hanna, JMO

Johnny, I am not sure the only report I have heard is she was shot under the chin and cannot find a link at this time so we will have to say that is JMO. If anyone does have links I hope you can share.

I'm three quarters of the way through with this podcast and it's extremely pro-Wagner. They could NEVAH do anything like murder. Such a good, fun loving family who were very loyal to each other. Jake was such a sweet, funny guy. Yeah, sweet enough that he liked to beat up on the mother of his child. From known facts, its apparent the Wags were very good at hiding their true nature from some people.

Sounds like Fredericka has been using her PR skills to line up plenty of family members to be interviewed for the podcast.

Of course, the few remaining survivors in the Rhoden family can't talk about the murders to some podcast folk. They're following the advice of prosecutors to not discuss the case before the trial, as caring, responsible, honest people would do.

ETA: One anonymous Wagner relative says Billy is a cold, strange person, hard to talk to. Towards the latter part of their marriage, this relative claims, Billy became very controlling of the whole family. Allegedly, Angela was "afraid" of him. Says George IV was the same way. Angela was allegedly afraid to leave Billy, afraid he would try to find her.

ETA2: The anonymous Wagner family member alleges that Jake and Hanna were not on good terms and prior to the murders she wasn't allowing Jake to see S. Anon Wagner also alleges that Jake said he was going to kill Hanna.

Will be interesting to hear part 2.

Is it possible Hanna and Jake knew for a fact the baby wasn't his anyway? I mean maybe they weren't having those kind of relations around the time she got pregnant and he just said it was a possibility later to throw suspicions off himself? Idk just a thought.

I know that facebook post are not allowed so we will have to leave it at JMO, but I did read facebook post where Hannah stated very clearly while in the hospital giving birth who the father was and she listed CG, but her new boyfriend would be the father. I was a very heated argument between her and FR and HG on the social media post. MOO HR knew who the father was and did not think or suspect anyone other man was a possibility. I believe JW saying he could be the father was one of his usual lies.

My sister passed away in 2014 to a house fire. We’ve kept her Facebook active as a memorial of sorts. That could be why for the Rhodens. Or, they could be active because nobody knows the password to deactivate them.

Right. Jake was lying when he told reporters he thought there was a 50% chance she was his. He knew she was not his and had she been, I do not believe he would have done what he did. Remember he is nothing but a liar like his mom who actually went on Facebook groups to try to make her family look good. It didn't work and she was basically chased off. She could not change the narrative like she could in her personal life.

Just an outside perspective. Way back I commented the case looked weak against the grandmother Fredrica and I thought charges wouldn’t stick. Now it looks like the whole case is coming apart. Hopefully there will be compelling evidence brought at trial. I don’t want to be a naysayer but it isn’t looking good from lots of angles. I hope I am wrong. Being fr9m another state with no ties, I think I would be a reasonable objective person. It just seems the lawyers on the defense side are planting lots of doubt before the trial even starts. Thoughts?

You know you could be right, Then again you could be Wrong, the Evidence speaks for its self, the only way the Wagners get out of the Charges is that the Judge Throws Out The Evidence and I don’t see him doing that With The Whole Nation Watching This Case, JMO

Give some examples of the Defense “planting lots of doubt”. Give some examples of evidence the Defense has showing the Ws are not guilty.

If the Defense Attorneys didn’t do a good job than it would not be a Fair Trial, I trust that the Prosecution Attorneys would not have brought the Wagners to Trial if they Did Not have Enough Evidence to Prosecute the case, Remember This Is Justice For The Victims, JMO

I wonder if LE and prosecutors left those pages up to see what comments or tips people might leave. In a way, its a good way to keep the case and victims in public awareness. Once some folks got past the point of using their social media accounts to blame the victims, there may have been some productive discussions and information generated.
