Yup!

Some people are of the opinion that the Prosecution has a weak case and I like to post information that shows that the Prosecution has a strong case X's 4.

In my opinion there appears to be more than circumstantial evidence. There appears to be some ballistics and shoe print and silencer evidence that could be of the magnitude of being direct evidence, could be, I do not know of course. But we are learning that there is an incredible amount of evidence even though a gag order is in place.

The defense has circumvented the gag order and gotten things out to the public by filing the bond motion that they know won't be successful I think.

They seem to want the public to think Billy has an unremarkable criminal record, is a model inmate following all the rules, was best friends with Chris, no witnesses saw him commit the crimes, no evidence ties him directly to the crimes, and there are other suspects.

Then why cancel - postpone - his bond hearing if all this is true? I will make an assumption.
The Prosecution's argument against the bond motion - that I think will include that he is guilty and a danger to society - is strong and difficult to argue against ... Opinion only......

BBM--I wonder if it was cancelled because of the ballistics evidence that was brought to light at the hearing on June 22 (I think it was JW's hearing, if not then BW's). BW's attorney has complained about there being too much discovery material to dig through. I think it is possible his attorneys didn't realize the prosecution has evidence of the bullet casings with matching firing pin impressions found on both Wagner-owned property and two of the crime scenes on UHR.

IMO, FW has been badgering BW's attorneys and GW4's attorneys to get them out on bail because she needs them to help on her farm--or because she wants them out so they can "disappear" (i.e., the infamous revenge/escape discussions). I think BW's team filed the request for bond reduction in order to appease FW and get her off their back, but his team was thrown for a loop when the ballistics evidence was revealed. Maybe this new evidence was enough proof to BW's attorney that going forward with the bond reduction hearing would be a waste of his time, and he in turn could use that evidence to put a handle on FWs meddling. However, I think she will continue to try to control every aspect of BW's case no matter what evidence is presented and will try to strong-arm his attorney to get what she wants--her son out of prison for the rest of his life.

Just my opinion.

Yes. Agree with your statement. That basically the Defense says there is "too much" Discovery Evidence for the defense to handle alone without help.

A good way to slow everything down (all my opinion).

From Billy's latest Court Docket Journal Entry:

Special Prosecuting Attorney Canepa informed the Court that a meeting had been held in order to peruse the items of discovery and for counsel for the State of Ohio to provide some assistance to the Defendant's attorneys in organizing the items of discovery provided.

Counsel for the Defendant and counsel for the State of Ohio shall also provide the Court as soon as possible with information concerning the possibility of creating a searchable data base to facilitate using the discoverable material and presenting evidence at trial.

This complaining about overwhelming evidence seems never ending including wanting the State to pay for a Discovery Coordinator mentioned in previous hearings:

Attorneys ask for evidence coordinator for Rhoden killing suspect | NBC4 WCMH-TV

Jake and Angela Wagner to have pretrial hearings in Pike County

Are they stalling? Or maybe it's true that the evidence is too overwhelming
to get through without hiring outside help? Tells me the prosecution has a strong case...just my take from what I see so far. If anyone thinks the prosecution has a weak case - from what we know so far - I will respect your take on it. Just because I think they have a strong case does not mean I'm right. I hope so, but we don't really know yet.

I think the defense is stalling, in hopes of getting more evidence at this stage. They have had funds for all kinds of Investigators, Experts, Psychologists, etc., and we have yet to see one single journal entry of Reciprocal Discovery to the State from any of the defendants. This is just going to hold up the trials forever, which is the whole purpose. IMO.

I did see one entry (not Discovery) on Billy's court record, Pike County Common Pleas court website, filed 5/17/19 -
Invoice of Ready Investigative Services LLC. Interesting.

Otherwise, all just my opinion.

I keep wondering about the money Big Chris was spending, Big Chris paid $30,000 down on the new house for Dana & (I don’t have any proof but I read some old post that Big Chris bought Hanna May another car) also every old post said that Big Chris worked the money out, But what if it was a loan for a new business and the killers where collecting the debt, which Kenneth also could have been partners with Big Chris that why he was killed, The child custody is a big part of the murders but I keep thinking that something else triggered 8 killing, JMO
I know that FW does land contract, does anyone know if Fredericka loans money with the same interest rate she has on the land contract loans???? JMO

Why the Rhoden family had so many cars

"Dana Rhoden had recently reconciled with her ex-husband, who bought the property where she was living with daughter and son Hanna and Chris Jr. for $60,000 on March 21, 2016 according to Scioto County property records. She posted photos of her living room on Facebook the next day."

A researcher from Scioto County posted Scioto County Records showing the foreclosures Chris bought and the land Chris bought, and the land he bought from his siblings and inherited from Clarence. 75 acres. Altogether it added up to be valuable and Chris used some of his land as collateral to take out a $30,000 loan from Adams County Bank. Trying to remember, I think it might have been a Land Bank, Land Banks specialize in these types of loans.
He also put $30,000 cash down.

Where did he get his cash down? Earned it. He had money in the bank and worked many jobs and made thousands of dollars of profit on the cars he fixed up.

"...his father-in-law Leonard Manley and a family friend say
"He also hauled gravel for various companies around rural south-central Ohio, built decks, fixed roofs and did excavation work for Big Bear Lake Family Resort in Lucasville."

"Let me ask you: If you take a car you bought for $1,200 and put in a few hundred dollars and it ends up being worth $8,000, wouldn't you do it?" Manley asked.. "

This works out to a profit margin of $6,000 per car. He only had to sell 5 cars with this profit margin to get to $30,000.

Everything is just my opinion...My take on it...

If he witnessed the fight between CRsr and GWIII and/or knew of the threat made, he would be sure to know who it might be that killed the Rs. He would be a possible threat for retaliation or telling LE about it. Just my thoughts on it...

What is abnormal about CRSR paying for a down payment on a home for his family?

If that 'old post that Big Chris' etc is from that now defunct website then it's not credible. JMO.

We will learn all details during the trials.

Hopefully, a jury will learn about the R's hard work, loving family and that they stood behind their daughter due to an abusive EX and his family.

The Rhoden's gave up their lives to defend their daughter etc from the W family. All JMO.

I don't... JMO.

Someday Jake will have to look into his daughter's eyes and explain why he killed her mother. Killing the other parent of your child is beyond evil.

If you are leaving 7 dead victims at crime scenes, Why would you tote a 200lbs dead man several miles, stuff him in a camper trailer and then decorate the scene with scattered cash? Have you ever tried to carry a limp body?

Chris grew Marijuana. Early on in the investigation it was said his plants were grade A. Meaning he would always have business. I’m not sure about the recreational laws regarding the use of marijuana in Ohio, but I believe it was still illegal in 2016. I seriously doubt Sr borrowed money from FW in any regard to fund any of his endeavors. Moo

When Billy was arrested, was he driving a Wagner Trucking vehicle? I seem to recall this from the body cam footage.
All apologies, just a horse-related question I have.

This short clip, just 1 minute 42 seconds, shows the horse trailer Billy and Robin were hauling when stopped and Billy arrested. It shows the entire trailer then a close up view of the name and phone number of Flying W Farms on it. Very good view of it.

Starting at 1 minute in. At end you can see Robin standing and talking with LE. When I enlarge it, it looks like a horse is moving inside.

Sorry, I didn't see your post first

I was looking for a photo not just a video, so thankx. Looks like the LE officer is sticking his arm in trying to pet the horse. Guess he likes horses.
