They didn't suffer. Didn't know what happened. Except Chris Sr. I believe.

I feel CR2, HG, KR, DR and GR, in addition to CR1, knew what happened.

Interesting point. Why give DNA but not prints? Pretty good chance the Wagners,
Jake and Angela, lied to their attorney. Easy to do. I'm sure they are lying to their current death penalty attorneys right now so why not lie to their first attorney? No reason not to...Opinion only

I like the way Jake's attorney brushed him off in court when he complained about someone in the court gallery, I think staring at him. Probably a relative tired of waiting and tired of Jake smiling..2 Cents...
this is someone who needs complete control. While in jail he has none. Therefore, any little issue becomes major to inmates.

Others can recall this discussion better than I, but Jake never took a paternity test for Hanna May's second child. IIRC, the child's father did and was proven to be the parent.

Jake did mention going over to Hanna May's some days/weeks prior to the murders to help Hanna put a new crib together for the baby. Some have speculated he said that to cover himself in case any of his DNA was found there.
Given what we know and was recently confirmed about relations between JW and HR just prior to the murders, you have to wonder if he's lying about that.

JMO

I have always doubted that crib story. Is there anyone that has corroborated the story or is anyone alive that could? The same with the “we missed it by hours” story. And, the one that there was a 50/50 chance Kylee could be his. He was told he was not her father. Just opinions of mine...

After that I really want to go to his next hearing and glare at him from the gallery. If the woman who stared at him the other day is who she is rumored to be, it makes you wonder why he didn't recognize her.

I think JW knew who she was. I think it was his attorney that didn’t know whom it was.

She Dropped her car off with the Ws before the murders, picked it up after the murders.
I often wonder what the killers were driving. Or whose car they were driving (wink wink)

Surely the owner of that car was not that stupid to do it and then report it. Notta, notta, don't think so. JMO

And what makes you think this?

I think the doors were simply unlocked, so getting in could be done quietly. And with living arrangements in these homes, I don't believe noises would necessarily be worrisome to those inside.
Unlocked at CR's, but we know he was up. Then the killers stayed there until GR came home, when they caught him by surprise.
I think they took more time in CR's, then headed to FR's later. Once they got to FR's place, the killings went fast. In my opinion, this door was unlocked too. They simply crept in, killed FR first and HG woke up, which is why she took so many shots.
At DR's, I think that since they were smokers it wouldn't be a red flag to hear the door opening, someone may be having a late night smoke. I think HR caught the first shots, then DR, and I think DR woke up due to the amount of shots and the chin execution. I think CR2 heard this and was alert when he was killed, which is why he's found between bed and wall.
KR's was unlocked, I can't be convinced he didn't awaken the second his door opened. He may have even thought DS could be coming in.

Great. Maybe the victims will receive justice sooner than later. JMHO

GW4 surely has to be a bit frazzled over a possible death penalty for something his brother wanted, right? I mean, the prosecution says the Ws operated as ONE unit but GW4 has to be a bit frazzled over this one, I would think. Could be wrong.

Oh he's more than frazzled, he is throwing his brother under the bus.
His attorney practically came out and said Jake was guilty not George.
GW4 and his attorney probably talk about how Jake planned it right under George's nose - poor George, getting roped in after the fact.

Opinion Only.

He and his brother are nearly opposites in court as far as demeanor goes. GWIV is not happy about being in court over this. Whether he is upset about getting dragged into his brother’s mess, over getting caught, or whatever, it is hard to say. My opinion only.

Wonder if they used gasoline on CR's VCR?
Maybe diesel, who knows.

Was it ever said who the VCR belonged to? I always thought it belonged to the Ws. My opinion only.

BBM

I must have missed something. I only read and read the forums here on WS. I don't read anything on other sites and don't listen to any podcasts.

I don't recall anyone specific being mentioned here on WS, but my memories aren't what they used to be. Who is the person you're referring to as "rumored to be"?

I will have to just say it is rumored to be HG’s mother since there is no link to a report.

Total assumption on my part, but I personally believe the recovered burnt VCR was part of CR's surveillance system.
