I really think that the Ohio court system is dragging their feet on taking the Wagners to trial, the Rhodens, Gilley and Manleys do not have the time and money for running back and forth to court for all the little penny Annie crap that has been going on at the trials that we have seen so far, for two years. If this is how all the cases are handled, than that is why these states are broke and to many criminal get off or light sentences, JMO The two people you saw CC was the Gilley family I believe.

Thanks for mentioning the Gilleys. I/we mention the Rhodens and Manleys alot but I/we need to realize the Gilleys also go to court and have been waiting too long. Where is the justice for Hannah Hazel? Why is Jake so interested in who is out in the gallery looking at him?

At the next hearing they said they are going to set a trial date, but how many times will it be continued? It's hard to talk about this because I want to say a few choice words that may offend some people so I try not to say how frustrated I am at the whole darn thing........

I believe you are correct about the people we saw in the courtroom seats. My heart goes out to Hannah Hazel's Mom, her entire family.
