No. Most semi-automatic guns, pistols or rifles, use the.22LR ammunition. The LR in .22LR has nothing to do with the type of gun it is used in...
Thank you Dudly, I am so glad to see another person who knows guns answer, I am by no means an expert and it can be confusing.

Is there a link for CN telling BCI about the hair dye? I also don't recall GW4 admitting that he owned the Glock. The state's information about the Glock came from JW's list he kept on his phone of guns that everyone in the family owned. It was verified by CN telling them about going with GW4 when he bought the gun. I doubt his attorneys allowed him to admit to anything at this point. JMO

About the Glock I said he probably admitted it and it was just my take on it.

My opinion is I think it's likely he told BCI he bought the 40 Glock. Why? For the same reason Angela admitted to buying the shoes, hard cold evidence shown to her face.

When Angela was confronted with proof she bought the shoes, she basically had to admit it.

So I think this would have happened to George.

BCI is investigating and BCI interviews "everyone" including CN. So CN tells them about the 40 Glock. BCI can't take his word for it they have to corroborate his statement.

So they get a hold of the Glock seller and he confirms CN's statement: that George bought it from him at the HWY rest stop.

So in their interview of George it stands to reason they asked him if he owned a 40 Glock. How can he say no when they have 2 witness statements plus Jake's gun list that they can show him? He would be backed into a corner unless he wants to call everyone a liar.

I can't imagine BCI not asking the Wagners about their guns. The guns and casings are the linchpin.

This would be way before any arrests where a lawyer tells him to remain silent. Also, George's attorney Nash said George cooperated with them fully in the investigation.

Sorry if I wasn't clear this is just my opinion.

As for CN....

Scheiderer said in the Bond Hearing that CN as well as others told him or told them (BCI) about the hair dye.

I will get you the time in the video for this. No prob.

If CN and RN have info for evidence, The defense would have no cause to try to have that evidence suppressed. They are both available for trial. There are probably very few reasons for a witness to testify by deposition ad that would health problems so serious that the witness might not be available at trial and a witness whose youth might not permit intensive questioning in open court. There may be other reasons, but these two come to mind. I have extensive experience watching Law & Order on cable.

FW would have had the vaccine. Ohio has it opened up for 16 years old and above on Monday, March 29.

Do you have any idea why only GW4 would file for her testimony?

Do you think there is a split between the group?

Concerning the vaccine, she *FW* may not have gotten it due to religious beliefs or just plain stubbornness. MOO

There doesn't have to be a "reason" for the defense to try to get witness testimony suppressed. They can make up all the reasons they want and the judge can deny their requests all he wants...2 Cents

Reason for deposition request is trial is far off, she is elderly and could get covid. Defense is concerned FW - for these reasons - might not make it to trial.

A deposition can be used at trial if a witness is unavailable.

I would be offended if a lawyer wanted my deposition only because he thought I would be ill or pass away before trial. Especially because this trial - George's - will very likely be held in less than 2 years.

Year 2023 would be the latest...Just 2 Cents

CN in my opinion has already gave evidence to LE, CN told BCI about helping GW4 buy a 40 caliber Glock that might have been used to commit the murders, FW is a real dangerous woman in my mind, if you go against her family you better watch out! LE better have CN &RN in protection custody for their safety, JMO
According to the IHART pod cast FW and AW didn’t get along with each other, if FW is a witness for GW4 it’s going to be a big show to watch, JMO
CC I get what you’re saying about Mike DeWine said that there was no other suspects, (SO) who is FW going to point her finger at that killed the victims????

The BCI agent does say that CN confirmed they dyed their hair. There is also a picture of G4 with his hair dyed in a pic on defiance farms posted 4-30-16. What was the purpose of dyeing their hair? I do not believe G4 has admitted to owning the Glock. It was on the list and CN told them he went with him to buy it.

I recall CN taking GW to a rest area to buy a gun and I think it was a Glock.

My 'guess' is that the seller is unlikely to ever come forward. IF they don't have the gun then they don't have the Serial Number and 'most' people (selling guns at Rest Stops) aren't going to run to the police when it is a 8 person homicide. JMO.

Put it this way....She might not name anyone specifically but just refer to a specific group. In Billy's Bond Hearing it just says there are other suspects to look at.

Actually there probably are others in the area who could have done it. Friends and family and business associates with access to the 4 Rhoden homes.

When I say "could have done it" I mean having guns and having access and being familiar. Like BJM and JM were suspects according to LM.

So why out of all these people did George get arrested?

Overwhelming evidence!

Did these other suspects create fake custody documents, own a gun the same type the killers used, leave shoe prints of the same type shoe Angie bought, dye their hair right after the murders, do everything together with Angela and Jake, share floor plans, hack accounts, have shell casings on their property matching the shell casings on victim's property, have a maglite silencer in their well, have full access to Angie's laptop and Jake's rewards card, purchase maglite flashlights, masks, bug detector, brass catcher, night scope and more, all purchased before the murders, not able to produce and account for everything bought, is on the family gun list on their brother's phone and matching the caliber used in the murders, saying things like "don't come down here we have company" "we have a family emergency" "if they have the gun they have the silencer" and other incriminating statements, did they make plans for revenge against LE and plans to break out of jail, are they known as a Glock man, was a burned VCR found on their propery, did they watch Boondock Saints on the night of April 22, 2016, did they lie to the media and lie to LE, ?????

This is just what I can think of off the top if my head but there is more according to Canepa, she said a tattoo or tattoos and that there is more evidence than what was brought up in the Bond Hearing.

I remember trying to research this a while ago. The only plausible reason I found for dying their hair was possibly an attempt to destroy the W's hair DNA if any hair strands were found at the crime scenes. I can't say I think it's a strong possibly, but that's all I could come up with. IMO, we can all agree it had something to do with deception. Why in the world would Angie post this photo a week after the murders?

I don't think it's a stretch to think they purchased the hair dye at Walmart or through Fred's Amazon account, so the brand of dye is probably known to LE.

Beyond that, I have no idea.

The gun came from a Facebook post and BCI can trace that post but why wouldn't CN tell them about the seller? He would most likely know their name, have messaged them on Facebook and saw them in person for the actual sale. Why would he admit he helped George buy the gun but then refuse to say who this seller is?

I think they dyed their hair to make it less likely for the victims and/or witnesses to see them.

Really good point.
I'm trying to remember who else might be 76 years old that could be tied to the W family. Can you remember anyone?

It was just an opinion.

I sold a car on Facebook and I have no idea who I sold it to. I doubt that I could find the buyer's name. Maybe the police know the seller but we just don't know. imo.

JW acknowledged dying his hair black on FB (before he deleted his account) or lost a phone or whatever excuse that he had,
