Good question, but she is not the 76 year old mentioned in the Deposition Motion.
How old is Rita Newcomb mother which would be George Wagner iv great grandma????

I don't know but Rita is around 68 so...I think that rules great grandma out. imo

I remember it was said in court or in MSM that at the time of RN's arraignment her mom was in her 80's which makes sense because Rita is 68.

I'll check around, so now it's just my opinion only. Well actually she has to be in her 80s if not 90's.

Spot on! 68 this month.

The defense attorneys could be listing their witness age from the time FW first trial paperwork, when she was arrested, JMO

:D Then again, maybe Nash got her age wrong? Sigh. Time to go back to digging.

She was 76 during her Court Hearings and I have seen other tiny mistakes in Motions. So I will eat my shoe if I'm wrong but I am sure it's FW.

Age range only 2 years off.

Husband alive in 2016.

Husband passed away after April 2016. (in 2017)

FW is quoted in MSM saying she told investigators who she thinks did it.

She says George (her family) didn't do it.

She went to Court for George and spoke well of him in MSM.

She is a critical witness to the defense .. in George's favor!

Yes! Makes the most sense. Her Court papers are from when she was 76.

These papers say the witness is 76. Media has FW at 78-79, currently. This article is from 2019 and has her as 77.
Report: ‘They really don’t bother me,’ Fredericka Wagner says of BCI agents in new interview.
Can we be sure they're speaking of FW?
I do not think we can be positive since it does not name her. Its very possible the lawyer had her age incorrect, its a typo etc. RN is not that age and RN's mother would be a good bit older. It is possible it is not her but its possible it is also.

I also just realized, we don't know if the 76 y.o. is male or female.
I remember from one of the Piketon Murders shows GW4's ex-mother-in-law having nothing but good things to say about F Wagner. I don't know how old she is?

Her other daughter, not GW4's ex, had some interesting recalls of her own conversations with J Wagner, trying to keep him calm to the whole HR dumped him situation. I'm thinking that gal will be a witness for the prosecution not the defense but I don't know about her mother?

"The mother" might already be a witness. She confirmed to BCI that she did not give the Wagners permission to access her Facebook account, they hacked her account and read her private messages.

She had communication with Hanna and might have important things to say about Hanna's relationship with Jake.

She likes Fred but not the other Wagners. She did not like what George did to her daughter and can't be happy the Wagners have screenshots of her private conversations found on Angela's laptop.

There are many screenshots on Angela's laptop, not just one. With this statement Scheiderer could have been referring to "the mother" or to screen shots with others or both.

If she testifies (in a deposition) about others being the killers, wouldn't that mean she lied to the Grand Jury? Again? She must have lied all the way through her GJ testimony. She can't be trusted, JMO

She will probably claim that she came about the info well after she testified at the GJ.

Besides the ping spreadsheet of Billy's have we seen any other specific evidence on him. He has motive after crsr beat him up and I'm sure he's in it up to his elbows but haven't heard much. One point that's interesting is indictment states crime was to cover another criminal action or debt concerning billy. Moo billy and crsr were intertwined in a business we are not yet privy to... my guess is billy traficking weapons with militia type groups. States with loose gun laws can be useful for other states w strict ones. There was some type of pipeline from ky ohio to michigan..

In Ohio, unfortunately, you can pretty much buy whatever kind of weapon you wish. Like most other US states, the few remaining regulations are pretty much ignored or not enforced. There was also no evidence of any kind of business activity at the crime scenes, aside from the alleged grow op.

JMO, like the prosecution has stated, this was about custody, control and chronic domestic violence taken to the extreme by a clannish family who was accustomed to getting and doing whatever they wanted. They had no respect for their community or the lives of other people.

The heads of the family had long-standing relationships with those in power. They had been allowed to commit crimes before with no repercussions. People like the Wagners have no boundaries and they pushed it too far. JMO, they might have been able to get by with murdering a couple of people, but killing 8 family members (with children present) brought international media coverage and vexed an Attorney General who had just announced he was running for governor.

I believe you may be on to something important, but considered secondary, to the entire case.
I have always been suspicious of the Glock purchase on the Highway and remember an unusual arrest in Tennessee regarding illegal gun sales, where almost every type law enforcement entity (state, federal) was involved. One small article and then nothing more to be found.
Iirc, it was in 2018. There may be something about it in earlier Websleuth threads, but I don't remember details or have a link.
I don't think the prosecution is anxious to cloud the "Custody" issue with other questionable or illegal business of the W's and or R's.
However, there could be a witness who would be able and willing to testify about the Glock purchase, and more...
MO.
Edit to add. IDK Can we be absolutely certain this gun purchase was really made thru a Facebook connection? That could have been a lie.

Concerning the vaccine, she *FW* may not have gotten it due to religious beliefs or just plain stubbornness. MOO

I'm not a betting person, but if I had to wager on it, I'd bet that FW will not get the vaccine. There are many reasons someone may choose not to get it, religious beliefs is one of many possible reasons. MOO. (i.e., someone can be on a medication where vaccines of any kind are contraindicated.)

BCI can track the seller right down to their IP address through FB. On the side of the road it's probably just a handshake and a first name.

I agree regarding the IP address. Regarding the first name and a handshake, maybe not....This is just me, but no matter what avenue I have taken to advertise and sell a gun, I have taken the following approach. I always get a signed statement (that I print out ahead of time) detailing the transfer of ownership, including serial number, make, model, date, etc. I have no means of knowing whose hands that gun may eventually fall into once it leaves my possession or how they may use it. The gun owners I know personally take the same approach. I let the person know before we meet that I'll have that doc for them to sign. I've never had anyone refuse, but if they did I'd not go through with the sale. It just makes good sense all the way around. I realize that not everyone does that. But for what it's worth, the gun owners I know do.

I agree. She wouldn't be the right age. Isn't RN in her 60s? Her mother may only be in her early to mid 80s. She could very well be alive and very active. I know an 81-82 year old couple who ride their motorcycle most days of the year unless it's raining or snowing, and others who are living full and active lives in their 90s.
