I have tried to copy GW4 motion 73 but WS will not let me paste it for some reason, JBB
Oh thanks. I have seen that one. I thought you meant some newer ones. There is a lot of information that is never said in court or in the media. I may have posted that one at one time but I believe it is also in some articles.
I was thinking you were holding out on me and had some I do not. ha

But I still find it odd, G4 and TB were not married by the current pastor of Fredricka Wagner's "church".
If so, that speaks to me of a very important connection between the AK pastor and FW.
Just pointing out the obvious.....JMO

Oh I get it. That FW may have had an influence on the Wagners going to AK with a personal connection to the pastor.

I don't think FW would have wanted Billy to leave his dad when he did. Billy was living there caring for his dad and to just up and leave a few months before his dad died doesn't make sense to me.

I just don't understand why Billy left at that time. Worse time to leave.

Agree, what a heartbreaking time to leave your dying father. I would never leave my dying father.

His/the W4's reason for leaving must have been profoundly life changing.

But there is an undeniable connection between their Ohio pastor and the one in AK. Can't define it yet, but there is an odd connection.

All completely JMO, MOO and etc.

Do you know who the pastor was in Ohio when G4 got married? I only know the name of the pastor of Lucasville Mission that wrote the letter for FW to the court, and that would have been in 2019. I know you cannot post the name here.

I just looked at the court site for GW4 & they don't have any of the court dates that were discussed at his last hearing - ?? I'm going to "assume" that the following dates are still okay - 3/7 Motions hearing, a Daubert hearing re shoe print on 4/4, motions hearing on 5/2, motion hearing to suppress evidence on 5/16 & 7/5 to 7/14 starts jury questioning & seating.

I noticed that, too. Hopefully they'll update it soon.

Thanks for the response. Just wanted to make sure I didn't missed something! :)

I find this all very odd.

Did the AK pastor make a special trip back to Ohio officiate G4's nuptials?

Also confusing, why didn't the pastor of FW's Lucasville "church" perform GW4 and TB's ceremony?

JMO
Never thought about the AK pastor making the trip back to Ohio to perform the wedding ceremony, which now does bring questions to mind.
My father in law was an ordained pastor . I never knew of him traveling to another state to perform a wedding or being permitted to .

I just looked up the Ohio Law up regarding performing marriages . Anyone who performs marriages must be licensed in the state and a copy of the license is on record at the probate court office. Out of state officials must apply with the court to be able to legally perform weddings. I’m assuming that being the pastor was friends with the family that he took the time ( 2-3 weeks) to file his license to perform the marriage .

Is that license information public?

IMO he left at that time because the W4 knew LE was closing in on them. JMO

It might not be too common, but it doesn't strike me as all that odd since the families were friends. I live in rural east central Illinois. When I married the first time, a very dear family friend who lived in Alabama came up and performed the ceremony.

Also, since the church my family attended was pretty small and--due to religious beliefs--didn't allow instrumental music (I wanted instrumental music), my wedding was held in a larger church of another denomination in the town. The minister from Alabama performed the ceremony and the minister of the church where the wedding was held said a couple of prayers during the ceremony. Small town life, JMO

Any new update on Raisinisback ?

I also think that is why and it would be to risky to leave one person behind that may talk and do something, say something they shouldn't to someone or if questioned by LE.

So maybe George IV's (not legal) wife could testify at trial?

So maybe George IV's (not legal) wife could testify at trial?

His ex-wife (TC) is already a witness in the case. They have her sworn testimony in the Other Acts Evidence, a whole list of acts George committed against her and information on the closeness of the family.

How they did everything together, voted on everything together, co-mingled their funds, worked together, always lived together etc...

I believe she will be a main witness for the prosecution. It's even possible she was a witness to some of their other crimes such as arson of their own properties and theft. She may also have heard Billy's threats to kill, etc...

From Other Acts Evidence:

Allegations that Billy has killed/plotted/threatened to kill others before

Threatened:

1.) A daughter-in-law
2.) A second daughter-in-law
3.) Daughter-in-law's family
4.) His wife
5.) His "best friend" who was like "a brother"
6.) BCI agents, Sheriff, Government Officials, anyone who goes against them - them being The Wagner Crime Family.
