Jake led investigators to 5 cement buckets hidden on FWF property where investigators found the 3 guns used and a knife and possibly other items in the cement buckets. My guess is items that wouldn't burn like the surveillance equipment they dismantled.

He also led them to 2 vehicles used, one bought specifically to use that night.

I think they already owned the Ford-F 150 so the car they bought for that night would be the GMC Sierra. Looks like they hid it in Athens County or sold it to someone in Athens County and Jake led them to it and they had it towed to Pike County Sheriff's Office impound.

I, personally, don’t know how anyone could not realize how heinous these murders were. Then you have the “reasoning” as to why it was done. On top of those two things, not one of the four thought this isn’t right…

They put out red herrings and concentrate on obfuscation because that's all they have, all they will ever have and they know it.

Why?

Because both Jake and Angela place George at the scene of the crimes. There is no walking back from that.

According to Canepa, Angela said her co-defendants went out that night taking 3 guns and at least 2 silencers then told her about it when they got back. Jake said George went at the last minute. Angela gave an interview to BCI placing George in shoes that match shoe prints at the crime scenes.

In April the defense is going to try to get the shoe print evidence thrown out because it is damning evidence.

Even George's defense admitted in court that Jake's Proffer implicates George so to
throw obfuscation on that they are trying to say George did not have the intent to kill.

No he just went along to make sure Billy didn't hurt Jake. He really didn't mean any harm, no intent, he didn't even want the murders to happen.

The murders are all on Jake and Billy not George. This is the Angela and Jake show George didn't star in.

Jury won't buy it. No red herrings big enough to sway a jury that George went along that night but at the same time is innocent of murder.

Huge waste of tax payer dollars.

JW and AW should be forced to give the 'why' that they murdered 8 members of one family.

It isn't good enough IMO to just explain they planned these murders and how they happened.

The public needs to know the 'why'.

Were they wanting no money or government money (Child Care) or were they thinking of more money from elderly family members inheritance/trusts?

It is a major injustice IMO if the State of Ohio allows the Murderers of 8 people to go to court and not explain WHY they murdered a child, a new mom, a nursing mom plus the entire rest of the family.

The public has the right to know.

I agree completely. Although these reasons may not make sense to us, unfortunately these reasons made complete sense to the Wagner Clan, Wagner Cult, and even worse, in their minds, provided justification for the murders. Each W had a personal reason and together all W’ s had a common reason.

I will add another. AW wanted to move to Alaska. A long time fantasy of hers.
Why? Probably to get away from FW, among other crazy ideas. It could be that simple.
No one in the Rhoden family would have legally allowed the child to be taken to Alaska.
It all had to be done illegally. Because illegal is the Wagner Way.

The buckets listed are buckets 2-5. Strangely, bucket 1 was not listed. Maybe there was a bucket 1 but it was never recovered for some reason. Perhaps it was disposed of somewhere else by one of the others. JW may have referred to each bucket specifically by number and they just left the numbering the same as not to confuse the details.

I think the GMC was sold or given to JW/G4 Aunt and cousin. I believe those to be the names of two of the people on the discovery and they live in Athens County where the
GMC was located. The W's may never have titled the GMC in their own name or LE would have tracked it down before JW's confession more than likely.
The only thing about the F150 listed is photos and it was still around after 5 years apparently, somewhere (in some form).

There was a comparison done on the Glock and Walther but a comparison was not listed for the SKS. Not sure if that means part of the SKS was not recovered or it was damaged so much that a comparison could not be done.

Jake led detectives to the 3 guns that were used and also to the 2 vehicles that were used. One vehicle was bought specifically to use that night.

We see from the Discovery that apparently the guns and knife and other items were put into buckets and covered with cement. Likely to circumvent the metal detectors.

They were found at FWF and buried or thrown into pond H20, there are 66 Flying W pond photos. Ross County and Franklin County Dive teams searched the property.

I think this Discovery also mentions photos of Billy's tattoos. Butler County jail had required a Warrant to get photos of his tattoos.

the motive is control pure and simple. just like all sociopathic killers murder is the ultimate imposition of will over another. all the wagner crime family cares about is pressing their preverse value system over anyone and anything they determine to be "theirs" raised in a system of entitlement and religous righteousness all they know is imposition. people like that dont make a rational pro con list. crsr was independently wealthy so fws money did not scare him or stop him from protecting his daughter and family. billy tried to physically change this with his fists and a firearm, but crsr beat him up and took his gun right in front of his son. for a psycopathic murderer like billy this is the ultimate insult. why do you think he attacked crsr and gary in the middle of the night? because he needed that advantage he was terrified of an even fight.

jakes motive is the oldest and most pathetic one in the book. he groomed a young girl to be his wife servant since he was too stunted and awkward to date a girl his own age. he decided he owned her and she wouldnt dare leave him. when she did he realized just how pathetic he was and instead of being a man and doing what was best for his daughter he became the spiteful little he was raised to be and murdered the mother of his only child

This was the "holy grail" of this investigation. I would take anything FW says with a grain of salt. I think I counted over a dozen ponds on that property, it could have been any of them.

Maybe it was someone else who searched on the computer about lying to the GJ? Someone else who was living there at that time or even visiting, trying to tell her what to do. There were meetings at her house with the 4 Wagners and Billy could have still been living there in 2018. Not sure where Billy was living after Alaska.
