What is going on in court today? Why is the defense trying to discredit the shoe impressions expert when AW said the Wagner brothers left that night with the shoes on an Jake has surely told about the shoes, or has something happened with the Deals?

I never could figure out why they wanted to have the shoeprint hearing other than they needed to try. They probably want to try to say BW had on the shoes.

Defense didn't want the judge to rule on motion 76 - to exclude the shoe print evidence and expert opinions. Defense wanted a transcript then to have arguments over it.

Judge blew them off, said he was going to rule and then denied the motion!

I noticed that too, after he lost his motion to get the shoe print evidence tossed out.

The shoes place him at Chris Sr's and you can't get a not guilty on murder charges when your right in the middle of multiple murders moving bodies. Doesn't matter if you did any of the shooting or not.

He would be better off trying to get life with the possibility of parole because I believe his trial is a losing bet. I believe he will end up with LWOP.

Just no way for defense to overcome this.

Judge allows shoe impression expert from O.J. trial to testify at Wagner trial

Judge Randy Deering ruled that Bodziak could testify as a prosecution witness during George Wagner's trial, despite a defense motion to exclude him.

Not sure why they are not there but yes there is not one. Not sure what they are going to do unless they can get one there soon. Bodziak is not cheap to be paying to sit around I am sure.

Maybe when the hearing was rescheduled from the 4th to the 5th, no one bothered to inform the court reporter?

He couldn’t get out of there fast enough. He was up and ready to go before the guards were out of the jury box.

I did get rather bored until we got down to the nitty gritty bit. Sat with a huge grin on my face when Bodziak said a few times "can I just finish" when he got talked over. I like him.
