My guess is did they go straight home for breakfast? That's a joke actually, unusual for me this late.

Serious guess is did GW kill anyone?

Why did they kill Kenny? When did they do it and who did it?

  • #542
Why was KR murdered? That's my biggest question not answered.

Edit: I see you answered the question, CC. Those are my biggest questions as well?

IMO, KR was killed because those murdering murderer's knew he would come after their cowardly butts.

Big tough men  (uh, not) when they ran like rabid dogs in a pack and caught the victims asleep or off guard, and basically assassinated this family.

I was hoping and praying to God that the little ones were not in these homes when their parents were killed, but my hopes have dwindled to just a flicker now.

As to when KR was killed, I think it was first, and as to WHO shot him in the eye, my guess might be off and unrelated, so my lips are zipped for now.:eek:

Not sure what you mean by this:

I was hoping and praying to God that the little ones were not in these homes when their parents were killed, but my hopes have dwindled to just a flicker now.

We already know that 3 "little ones" were in 2 of the homes when the homicides occurred.

In regards to your other statement:

As to when KR was killed, I think it was first, and as to WHO shot him in the eye, my guess might be off and unrelated, so my lips are zipped for now.

How could your guess be "unrelated" unless you think someone other than the 4 Wagners shot him?

There is no doubt by the prosecution that only the 4 Wagners are implicated in this horrendous evil depraved crime.

Caylee, I would love to hear your thoughts on who the shooter was! I have always thought KR was shot first because they needed something from him (keys) to get into one of the houses.

My bets are on AW,,,

It has been established that AW was home that night with the 2 children.

I think we can narrow this down to Billy being the shooter.

Why?

Because from everything we have gleaned it appears that Jake shot and killed 5 people and in my opinion those people are:

Dana, Hanna, Frankie, Little Chris and Hannah Gilley.

Then according to the Motion filed Jake shot a 6th victim but his gunshot did not cause death. This leads me to believe that this victim is Chris Senior.

Chris Sr. was hit with 9 gunshot wounds which were not all head shots, thus, not all life threatening. Like his arm shot.

This leaves George and Billy as to being Kenny's shooter.

Jake's proffer indicates that George "shot nobody" so if true we are down to Billy Wagner.

So the possibility is high that Billy Wagner shot Kenny.

And he can be sent to @#___ after he is found guilty. @#____ him.

Opinion

Jake lived at one of the houses so I think he had the keys to Frankie's.

It would have been very easy for him to have gotton Dana's new house keys. Simply borrow or offer to repair* Dana's or Chris Jr.'s or Hanna's cars using their car keys to briefly use their car and make a copy of the house key on their ring of keys. Everyone has their house keys on their ring of car keys.

Easiest thing to do.

And we know Jake had S which indicates a mutual custody back and forth relationship. This translates to access to Dana's home. Plus the podcast from an insider indicates that Jake and Angela bought a baby crib for the new baby.

* The Wagner's repaired cars. They were repairing someone's car on their property at time of murders. Suddenly, after murders, the gate to their property was locked, when it hadn't been locked before.

From Scheiderer's testimony at Bond Hearing.

I seriously doubt Dana or Hannah or anyone in the Rhoden family would loan Jake their car, because he was harassing HR. Jake could very well have keys to the other houses from when he lived there with Hannah. However, I still think there was more to it than being afraid of KR coming after them, the cowards of Pike county weren't afraid of the other Rhoden or Manley families. I honestly feel there was more of a purpose for killing Kenny.

The other "purpose" for killing Kenny is pretty obvious to me.

If we can believe DS's statement to LE that there were many dollar bills strewn over Kenny's legs from his knees to feet.

Why?

This dovetails into DeWine's assertion that the murderers tried to obscure and mislead at the crime scenes. To "cover their tracks."

I believe they were trying to make Kenny's murder look drug related. Separate from Union Hill Road. That it involved marijuana grows and the drug business rather than the murders just being related to the one family on UHR.

I think the Wagners knew that Kenny had a small marijuana grow and combined that with Chris Senior's grow it looked like a drug grow operation gone bad.

When the Wagner's realized that Sheriff Reader was looking at locals and that the BCI command center in Waverly wasn't leaving until solved, they decide to leave the area. Persistent questioning was a catylist to this I believe.

I feel that there were multiple reasons for killing KR with maybe one purpose being the most significant. I do not feel there was a lot of money on KR but more like money that came out of his pockets when the killers were looking for something. I feel the large amount that was stated in articles was incorrect. Dewine also stated in an article that did not sound correct to him.
-The Daily Mail, a British news site, reported that Donald Stone discovered the body of his cousin, Kenneth Rhoden, with dollar bills strewn from his “knees down." The report said "this may have been a sinister message from the killer, who police believe could have been a gangland member.”

“It does not sound correct to me, but I’m not going to get into knocking down every rumor,” DeWine said during the WLW interview.

I am not saying that Dewine would confirm it if true, but it is my opinion it was not a large amount. The interview of DS is still on youtube and he says money.

This has lasted long enough! They all knew the plan of the murders and that is involvement. Get the trails started! Give the Rhoden, Manley and Gilly families closure! Such waste of tax payers money and the families having to travel to these hearings.

DS is not even going to think off the top of his head that dollar bills were strewn over KR's feet - that he makes up - so I believe him. Thus, it is not something you just "think" of.

The dollar bills represent the Wagners trying to make the murders look drug related.

Money = you owed us $ and you didn't pay. Crime 101.

I did not say he said there was no money, or that he just said that off the tops of his head. I do not think it was enough money to make it look like: Money = you owed us $ and you didn't pay. Thank you for the suggestion but I do not need Crime 101.
I do not feel that "some" dollar bills seem to make it related to drugs. If they wanted to make it look like drug/money related they probably would have left money at other homes also is my thinking, not just his.

It's gone on far too long. Families need to have closure so they can start to heal.

My post is perfectly clear, I didn't say the little ones WEREN'T in the homes, I said I had hoped and prayed they were NOT.

As for Kenny, I might have a different opinion than you. No one on here knows EVERYTHING, including myself.. and you..... and as far as the prosecution, neither do they 100% of the time.

MOO and entitled to it. Have a good weekend.

Besides, why would they need a Wagner to work on a car when most of the Rhoden and Manley men were mechanics? SMH.o_O
