Agree.
I wonder if renting ( as you say) from FW or doing business of any sort, or working on the FWF with FW or even RW would be cause to exclude. Add felony conviction and the number of eligible jurors would drop.

What about people who are afraid and express fear of retaliation from a non confined Wagner.

Wait a minute, Fred lives in Scioto County not Pike County. Yes there is a chance a potential Pike County juror could have rented from her but they are not calling jurors from Scioto County.

im just talking about a wealthy lady who has proven herself to be shrewed business lady. and has never had an issue using her means to get the result she wants. recall the interviews, isis blaming, close to the cross etc. she must know that this trial cannot be won on merit. her family did this. for all we know, she is the ringerleader of this carny circus. look at john gotti's lawyer bruce cutler. he did not need to win. they just needed to bribe one juror to deadlock. it doesnt have to make sense or be defended. if that juror wont budge a new trial would be needed. look how hard it was to get to this one. if im the prosecution my number one concern is keeping ANY wagner associate or simpathizer away from this jury. its all thats left that stands in the way of justice for these victims.

IMO, I would be surprised to see a unanimous jury voting for a 'not-guilty' verdict. In fact, I would be shocked.
There is simply too much hard evidence supporting the W4's guilt, at least still against G3 and G4. The rest has been confessed by Jake and Angie.

IMO G3 and G4 will go down, in a weak fight, and lose their court battle miserably.

Let us hope, there will be long prison sentences as well, as the all of facts of their guilt will spill out at court soon.

Let this case come to trial! And let those of those responsible be identified and come away with their due prison sentences.

And Fred having some sort of power over the jurors and all these powerful connections is a bunch of bull. She herself said nobody wants anything to do with her and this was before her grandson and daughter-in-law confessed to murdering and helping to murder 8 people and murder items were found on her own property.

Her reputation is ruined and her power is gone except towards those who might still be renting from her or working for her.

She 100% stopped talking to the media and the deposition motion to describe who she thought the killers were has been withdrawn.

Revenge and escape conversations were made right in front of her at her house. People don't forget that. Looking up how to lie to the GJ the night before doesn't do her any favors either.

My opinion, FW can work behind the scene.
She may have possibly had something to do with Reader being exposed by encouraging another individual.
I believe she has a few others to do her bidding.
AND SHE COULD WORK HER PERSUASIVENESS/AUTHORITY DURING THIS TRIAL TOO.
Will we ever know. idk.

So in your opinion does the Wagner family has enough local dirty political power to sway an entire jury? If so, do you also think the Wagner family would have motive to take retaliation on an impartial jury?

If so, this speaks even more strongly to the desperate attempts the Wagner's lawyers will take.

It also supports what dangerous people the Wagner's really are.

Im of the opinion the Wagner's hold zero sway in public opinion or otherwise. They may intimidate some because they are slum lords but i bet most in the surrounding area have never heard of them, pre murder. I know i didnt and i grew up 5 miles or less from their farm. JMO Pike County is pretty darn big and spread out. Outside of Waverly, it is mostly rural with pockets of small villages.

I keep thinking there is no way 3 and 4 get off, then im reminded of the anthony and simpson verdicts.

you guys are missing the point ann is trying to make. the wagners dont have to win. they just have to NOT LOSE. it doesnt matter what county her farm is in. she is one of the largest land owners/landlords in southern ohio. her tenetacles are in everything dont let that old lady act fool you. she has put the most support behind george because she has determined his case is the best shot for one of her family members to win and continue whatever cult stuff she wants in the future. remember when that fugitive and his wife were found in pike county working/living at fwf? you think that was a coincidence? no. its not. in a low income place like pike county which also has drug and violence issues like other rural areas, money talks. a hung jury is the best case outcome for the wagners dont think for a second that it cant happen.
