Was there any mention of the sequence of the murders?
They did!

I can't go back to listen until the live that is currently playing is over, but from my best memory it was like this:

CSsr was first. They had a meeting with him and he and his cousin were killed first, then they went by Danas, but she wasn't home yet. Frankie's home was locked (they mentioned this was new because his son was beginning to open the door and exit the house so they put locks inside to keep him from doing that. They left and drove by Gary's to just get a visual of what if anything was going on there. Oh and they did all this in Chris Sr. truck. They came back to Dana's and I can't recall then if they think killed her and Hanna or if they went to Frankies and then Dana's. It was laid out, but this was right after lunch break and where I am watching is currently still live so I can't review the beginning for the live until they finish and post it.

It IS indeed interesting with his Defense arguing Jake and AW got off easy with their plea deals. When Canepa said earlier today that the proffer validated “majority” of what they already knew, it does make one wonder what exactly made the State agree to totally take it off the table. Especially if it is true that the State “already knew” most of what they needed before they even agreed to a deal…..

Not saying I believe all of what GW IV’s Defense will say today (and in the future) but it is an interesting argument. And if Jake’s proffer really doesn’t implicate George….that would be interesting. He’s also saying there’s no “independent verifiable evidence” to support his involvement.

Interesting…..at least easier to follow so far than the State

How do I locate live feed rather than just old shows?
try this

Nash is wrong. Jake and Angela didn't have to frame George to avoid the DP. They gave crucial evidence that implicated all of them. That was enough. They didn't need to implicate George or Billy.

I guess they're going to come up with some excuse for George to not have been at the murders. <modsnip>

Part two this afternoon was much better than the am.
Part two, AC is doing an excellent job. Excellent.
When AC recounted Jakes testimony, proffer response, whatever. I was in tears.
So much we had correct. A few things we had wrong. A few things we did not know or suspect. Example, that they drove around in CRsr truck. Another, Dana was alive for a time and “ making noises” .
Is CRjr was shot in bed, why did no one find him until the afternoon? Something there does not make sense, unless, CRjr was severely injured, but was able to roll off the bed, against the wall.
Hanna, CR jr, Dana all suffered terror. They saw.
Ok I listened to AC say this morning that they ,with the exception of CR sr.,were killed in their sleep. Which was what the silencers accomplished. Now she says they were awake and saw terror? Help a girl out here.

Nash. Defense has nothing. All BS.
G4 will be sorry for this.

AC doesn't like the story defense atty telling jury. Judge and lawyers are moving into judge's chambers to discuss.

She spent a lot of her opening talking about how Jake and what he (I guess it’s allegedly until if/when jury hears it for themselves) said for his proffer. We don’t know if all of what she said that he said is true, but the Defense didn’t object to her characterizations of it. The second that the Defense started to characterize how the Agent allegedly asked George “do you want to be a witness or a suspect” lines and then they approached and had the sidebar.

As the Judge told them afterwards, I think rightfully so (fair for both sides), he reminded jury that what the attorneys say in opening is not evidence. But interesting she objected to that being brought up, I wonder if they did indeed tell George that (I’m guessing they did or his defense wouldn’t be quoting it but we never know at this point)

RSBM

State made the deals for 3 reasons:

It got them the weapons used in the murders - up to that point they found parts for the silencers, ballistics evidence, photos of the guns, etc, but not the actual weapons

It made it so they only had to conduct 2 trials instead of 4

It gave them personal validation of the evidence they had

Ohio has the DP, but hasn't been able to execute anyone in a long time. Chances are, even if sentenced to death, the Wagners would just sit on death row until they died.

Defense has totally thrown me, they are saying GW is innocent, that he is different to his other family members, and the jury is not to believe the proffers of AW or JW as they are con artists, but you can believe the parts of the proffer where JW says GW was not involved, so JW is only to be believed when he says BW wasn't involved, when he says he was don't believe him,

poor defense opening, but they have little to go with,

So sad.

Why were they driving around in CR Sr's truck?

Since Nash said Jake "lied" about them watching that stupid violent movie before the murders and George didn't watch it, that means, yeah, they all did. What a bunch of violent morons. Stupid, twisted people.

Apparently he said Hanna was awake nursing Kylie when he shot her. He had a mask on so she didn't know who it was. After he killed Hanna, he put Kylie to her breast so Kylie could still nurse.
wow, that is just unbelievable!

For me Law&Crime feed from the building is extremely muffled. I don't have FB so don't know where else to turn to for live feed.

Also try WCPO. They don't have the commentary as from Law & Crime with is sometimes good.

Scroll down the article at the link and you'll find the video with live feed. Hopefully it will be recorded so we can watch later.

I wonder what happened to the defense argument that GW4 went along to keep Billy from killing Jake? It must not have polled well on social media.

They're also trying to give Billy a defense for his trial by pinning all the murders on Jake...
